Also, I thought the playcalling on offense was excellent. We ran some tosses and sweeps, and what do you know, they were very successful. The shots down the field opened up the running game, as well as the short and intermediate game, although Freeman seemed to struggle making those throws today. We never really got too conservative on offense, which kept KC from having any chance to mount a comeback. Great day to be a Bucs fan! New Orleans is going to be a tough one next Sunday though (hate playing teams coming off a bye week).

This was our best game since Seattle 2 years ago. We looked like a legitimate offense and defense (at the same time – what a concept!). I have absolutely nothing to complain about. We couldn’t have beaten Kansas State 38-10 last year. We are miles better, and we are only going to get better, even though we unfortunately don’t get to play KC every week.

I hate to say it, & I REALLY mean that, but I have been watching NFL QBs since Van Brocklin was in Philly.But I would like to see this continue, for sure….

I don’t understand the Taliban hate, yeah, Biggers did a good job today and he is serviceable, but don’t get it twisted, this was the chiefs and Brady Quinn. I think if there were games to serve the suspension, it’s definitely these four before we have to play the dirty birds and their big receivers. Taliban isn’t great, bout he definitely is not Stanford Rout or Brandon Flowers.

FOR ALL YOU HATIN ON FREEMAN:

Freeman played lie a veteran today. He made some poor decisions but even great QBs do.

I have not liked Freeman these past few games but I LOVED the way he played today.

For all you who say that the receivers made him look good. That happens even for great QBs.

Go watch coach Schiano’s press conference, he said that many of the good plays were auibles made by JOSH FREEMAN!!

We just blewout a team that held the Ravens to 9 points.

We just held a rusing attack that was second in the league to crap.

No TDs on offense (this is for all you who said that we would suck b/c of the backup QB and our previous record against them)

Eric Wright basically shut down Dewayne Bowe for 3 quarters. Bowe got a lot of garbage stats in the 4th when the game was well over. Biggers and Wright was great in coverage and I can see Aquib getting the Ax after this season. If he is back it is for cheap and he will have to battle for a starting position.

Josh played will he held the ball long on that sack he took but he was 10 times better than he was in the beginning. Like the announcer said it looks like Josh was in sync with Sullivan and the play calls were really improved. I don’t care if Josh stinks up the place sometimes, but as long as there is positive improvements I can live with that.

I think we found out who the Bucs are today…they are an attacking, deep vertical passing team that uses big plays to open up the run lanes and plays an opportunistic defense that bends, but does not break, and creates turnovers! V-Jax and Mike Williams are the best deep ball threats in the league and Freeman seems most comfortable throwing the deep ball and those back shoulder fades! GREAT WIN TODAY! GO BUCS!

Freeman had a good statistical game against a weak defense. I’m still in his corner, but he has to work harder on correcting the flaws in his mechanics. Way too many misfires. A lot of the big yardage was because of great (Mike Williams) or lucky (Tiquan Underwood) plays by the receivers. They can’t count on that every week.

Freeman had a great game…….but I’m not gonna call him a pro bowl stud just because of one great performance. The Chiefs are a horrible team, and I want to see Freeman beat a couple of decent teams and get some consistency going.
