Schiano coaches, he doesn’t hit, catch, tackle, blitz, throw and so on. Players make plays and make their coach look like an idiot or a genius. It is a very thin line you walk on in the NFL. They all get paid to play the game we love to watch. Some players prepare and execute the game plan better than others and that is what consistently leads to wins. I’m not in love with Schiano but I respect his approach. The coach will make mistakes but we have not been outhussled since he got here. I would rather have someone who demanded the most from his players and who also took the blame (like Schiano) than a cheerleader like players best friend coach who lacks essential discipline. I played for both types of coaches and the discipline works much better than the best friend. Give our new coach a season or two before you rip him to shreds. If you want to make fun of haircuts, look at the players with their hair longer than most women, that is worth laughing at bro. Go Bucs!
