Price will never reach his potential, Parker fumbled away his chance, Winslow is on his last leg and us a distraction, Okoye could have provided some experience and depth. Schiano recruited well at a no name school and totally built up a Rutgers program from scratch. Why don’t you just move to Washington and follow Raheem.

Exactly my point, the Little General leaves Rutgers and the team is off to the best season in 2 decades. I wonder how Greg fined his players at Rutgers if they had no money. He probably sent them to bed with out supper.

Schiano has gutted a lot of the equity of this team by running off Brian Price, Preston Parker, Kellen Winslow, Okoye and others.

If the Little General runs Freeman off and cuts Bowers in the middle of the gauntlets next summer and loses another 6 players to the dreaded and unnecessary 110X16 torture tests will the Bucs be stronger or weaker?

Make fun of our coach all you want. The team he left in Rutgers is 5-0 with “his guys”. Schiano simply wants players to do their job and if unable to do so, he will find someone else. I don’t need the Buc’s coach to go out drinking or whatever with his players. I want him to teach them how to play and win. Once again, it will not happen overnight. We are much more competitive with Schiano. I don’t care if the Buc’s started well last year. The end was completely disasterous and change was neccessary. You probably loved Winslow the soldier too. I like what Schiano is doing and yes, his conservative game plan has cost us in the short term maybe one or two wins but……Freeman is erratic, lacks confidence and accuracy, and has not proven he is a franchise qb. Schiano won’t waste another season if Freeman doesn’t start to imrove immediately. Don’t blame the coach when Freeman can’t hit the broadside of a barn on half his passess bro. Go Bucs!

The Chiefs are playing a QB that hasn’t started in what, two years? The Chiefs are in disarray, and have virtually one weapon. The Bucs have the ability to go deep and often.

For the sake of Schiano and your sanity, the Bucs BETTER beat the Chiefs! Otherwise you will have to come out of lala land and see Schiano for the coach he actually is…

Schiano is a stick in the mud and is as flexible as a boulder from the Grand Canyon. His strategy with X’s & O’s strikes about as much fear in the hearts of other NFL coaches as a child wanting to play them in Tic Tac Toe.

This team has to play TWICE as hard to overcome the coaches’ inadequacies. By the end of the season, the depth chart will have shrank to 3 quarters of its size if this mismanagement keeps up.

Schiano is a poor strategist, but you’d rather believe his haircut instead of his performance.

Exactly! That’s what I was telling Rob. IT’S ABOUT WHO WE HAVE NOW. Not when Schiano manages to gather 53 Hall-of-Famers.

So since Schiano gets the glory of bringing the “new attitude”, he also gets “the fire” of being 1-3 with +55 million dollar toys.

Don’t get me wrong, Raheem failed too. But we were 4-2 with far less around this time last year. Schiano built the Bucs attitude back up and then tied their hands behind their backs with poor strategy.

Schiano has the breadth of vision much like a cyclops with horse blinders on…

All Schiano needs is time. Give him at least 3 years, the same Raheem got before complaining. Then give him 3 more years to move forward with his agenda just in case Mark D’s players do not pan out.

At Rutgers the Little General won twice the first year and then lost all but one the 2nd year. It took 5 years before he broke .500 and again, he never won the Big East. His lifetime conference record was abysmal at 28-48 because he played them once every year. Playing NFC South teams twice a year will be disastrous because Schiano has never been able to adapt, adjust or change his behavior.

He feels that if he is a bigger asshole than any other coach, he will be able to coerce and blackmail players into playing better. How butch is that?

Perhaps you would like Raheem Morris to return so wr can be down 42-0 at halftime? If you were a Bucs fan in 1996 you were probably saying “Oh this Dungy guy is terrible, we can’t win consistantly.” Get a life.
