I completely agree with Silence, though, on Freeman. I like him and I’d love to see him do well; I’m r4eally pulling for him. But if he can’t start looking like a franchise QB by the end of the season, I think we need to make finding a stud QB our highest draft priority.

I’m a Freeman supporter and always have been but I have to admit, seeing all these young QBs coming into the league and having success, however minor or major, is frustrating. 4 years into his career and he still has trouble with progressions, reading defenses and even hitting wide open receivers unless its in the final 4 minutes of the game. If he can’t pick it up by the end of the season… I would have to think we’ll be looking for a new QB come draft time.

Please stop all this talk about Freeman. Has anyone been watching the rest of the league. Everybody’s darling Cam Newton, 12/29 for 141 yards today after blowing last week’s game with a bonehead play. This is a tough, tough league and it takes time. occasionally, someone comes a long who is special. Freeman isn’t special, but he can be damn good, and perhaps even special someday. Let the guy develop. Detroit is moaning and groaning about their QB; Sanchez is almost ready to be replaced in NY. Jacksonville and Cincy’s new QBs are very ordinary looking. Matti ice is surrounded by the best receivers in the league and he’s look lost the last couple weekends. Just cool it.

Im patiently waiting until after the bye week. We should se some sort of improvement from both the O run game and Pass game. If this isnt the case then there are some concerns that will be brought to light.
