It isn’t so much how you coach but how the coaching is delivered. If a timid Woody Allen type personality tried to be a disciplinarian, it wouldn’t work. Schiano’s personality works well with his disciplinarian style. I just hope his delivery is working.

As long as you Win in the NFL, you can do no wrong.
Coughlin was a hard ass, and that got real old, real fast, when he started to lose.
I think Coach Schiano best win, and win quick, or you are going to see the flames flying.
