		<description><![CDATA[when they are fresh in the first half, they are doing all the things to get momentum and look like a well coached team.  in the second half, as players get tired, they are straying from coaching and regressing to the looser style of play we saw at the start of games in 2011. that sort of disorganization is infectious and it&#039;s stopping us from finishing strong at the moment.  i still think we will improve in that aspect as the team gels and the coaching staff acclimates to their roles and the abilities of individual players]]></description>
