Joe, that quote right there is what I call validation. To have a HC of Coughlin’s stature give that kind of praise to a rookie HC that has all of one game’s worth of experience is definitely putting a smile on my face.

I’m not predicting that the Bucs will be world-beaters this season, but it’s already clear that Schiano’s hire was exactly what this roster needed. I’ll be very surprised if the 2012 version of the Bucs is not competitive week-in and week-out.
