We missed getting the TE we needed in 2010, during what is being called the best TE class ever. They better do something in free agency bcuz their drafting continues to be weak. How about under the radar free agent TE Joel Dreeson from Houston.

K2′s not going anywhere. We need his passion and NFL veteranship. K2 can catch and is one of our only playmakers. Sure he’s getting up in age and has bad knees but you don’t cut your hand off b/c of some splinters. K2′s not the problem. Bad playcalling, poor offensive line production, other receivers’ inability to get open, way too many 3rd and longs, a piss poor defense and constantly playing from behind with a young QB who wasn’t used to knowing what to do after losing week after week was/is the issue.

Agreed Rusty and Tim, Schiano will make him practice. Winslow is not going anywhere and neither is Talib (assuming he doesn’t go to jail). They are inexpensive. Sorry Joe, you missed on this one. If someone is willing to give us a 2nd round pick, they are retarted.

We need to keep Winslow, but his no practice during the week, expecting to play on Sunday MO! Will not sit well with coach Schiano or coach Sullivan. I hope we get better play from Stocker this season, we do have a few unknown back ups.

It was one season.

When are you people going to give these guys 2-3 healthy seasons to prove themselves?

And someone please explain to me why so many of you want to throw some of the Bucs WRs, RBs, & TEs under the bus when YOU are the same people to point out that the offensive play calling sucked?

Shouldn’t some of this very young players in years 1-3 get more of chance that that?

Shouldn’t they get a chance to show what they can do in a different offense?

I get they need Stocker to step up and need to find someone to replce K2 SOON.
I get they need a speedy RB complement.
I get they need a fast outside WR threat.

But all that is just extra to add. I don’t see any of the main youngsters on offense as needing to be thrown out already.

If the Bucs get rid of Winsno they better get somebody productive to replace him. As bad as he has played at times. Hate to say it but he was one of the only bright spots on the offense most Sundays. If that doesn’t tell you how bad the rest of the offense was last year. I don’t know what does.
Winsno can’t practice which keeps him from developing a rhythm with Freeman. His “likes to fight guy” BS after ever catch makes me crazy and the untimely stupid arse penalties all add up to more negatives that out weigh the small amount of positives Winsno brings to the table.

Wow Dominik is trying to sound like he looked that far ahead and landed a miserable TE in the process. It might be best if Dominik takes the approach Schiano is taking with Freeman. Just erase the past and start fresh. You might not want to highlight more blunders Dominik. I also don’t get your reasoning of getting rid of Winslow Joe. If this years draft is weak, if FA is weak, if who we drafted last year was weak, why in the hell would we make the position weaker by trading Winslow? That makes zero sense to me.
