Dom isn’t the problem, he has given the coaching staff the talent to work with, look at the drafts, the talent is here, depth is another issue, which is always an issue with young rebuilding teams. But don’t doubt, there is at least 4 future Pro Bowlers on the D line alone.

In the cliche favoritism filled world of rah rah things like discipline and accountability and hard work take a back seat to: rap music practices and excuses and scapegoating assistants and re-engineering how productivity is measured to make bad draft picks look better to starting out by claiming you were not rebuilding to sell tickets then after 0-7 all of the sudden we are rebuilding to not admitting that 10 wins came from an amazingly soft gift schedule then trying to make an excuse for 4-8 by saying the schedule is too hard.

This team is a complete and total joke.
