The laws (in 1976 when I lived there) were that if anyone came uninvited on your property, you could shoot them in Texas. The reasoning was that if they came on your property uninvited, they were likely a threat.

I don’t know if that has changed since though. And yes…I’m an old man, lol.

Houston is well known for people shooting at each other in traffic. You don’t want to give someone in Houston the finger, or lay on your horn in traffic like some people do in Tampa.

It looks like a pretty weak case against Talib, maybe they make a deal, and we keep our Star ? Hopefully, maybe this will cause Talib to take a good hard look at himself, and stop doing stupid Chit ?
