For me, it’s a toss-up, I see traits of all three in your brilliant posts.

Flolrida has one of the worst unemployment rates in the nation – and Tampa has one of the worst unemployment rates in Florida.

Our team, without question, is not as good as Pittsburgh or New Orleans.

In fact – our current defense may not be good enough to beat the Seahawks offense – remains to be seen.

More of us realize these things – because we DON’T live in our grandma’s basement.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with expecting/wanting a division title in 2011. I doubt anyone will argue that. I can see where you are coming from with the Mike Smith comparison, even though I agree with Lucas Jackson that it is a bit of comparing apples to oranges. I personally do expect a playoff berth. I’m much more concerned with making the playoffs than winning the division, because ultimately that is what really matters. That being said, let me ask you one question. If the Falcons were to have finished with 9 or 10 wins this season, do you think they should fire Mike Smith? I don’t. So why would you expect them to fire Morris if he wins 9 or 10 next season? Now I know you are going to say “They fired Jon Gruden after going 9-7″. As I have told you on several occasions before, I don’t think Gruden got fired for going 9-7. If that was the case, he would have been fired the day after the season ended, in my opinion. I think he was fired because he refused to go young and break up the team. That has been reported by a couple different sources, so it’s not like I am just making it up. Now if I am wrong (which we will probably never know), then I am with you that he probably shouldn’t have been fired (I wasn’t really on board with firing Dungy either, but in the end that worked out pretty well for both parties). However, I highly doubt that was the case. You are a lawyer, if you had someone working for you who refused to do what you asked, would you keep him or her? I wouldn’t.

Maybe when you get jobs and move out of your mothers basement you’ll know what it means to “prioritize”.

Morons, dolts, and meatheads don’t consider that the population of Tampa Bay area is approximately 4 million…and with an estimated unemployment rate of 13% that equals 52,000…

Morons, dolts, and meatheads ALSO don’t get the fact that the missing seats are predominantly (big word, means “most”) at the club level. That’s because morons, dolts, and meatheads don’t own businesses – so they don’t know that the CORPORATIONS that used to buy all the season tickets – aren’t around anymore.

Think about it – first the businesses left, the jobs evaporated, and now fewer can afford to go the games.

Morons.

No need to take offense – only the morons, dolts, and meatheads would do that…

1. the 2008 Falcons were hardly “decimated.” You cannot have Roddy White, trade for Turner, Babineaux, veteran Grady jackson, Anderson, Abraham, Brooking,Norwood, Malloy and Michael Jenkins and be consider “decimated.” The 2007 Falcons were an underperforming team that added the No 3 overall Matt Ryan and Turner (the #1 FA running back).

2. The 2009 Buccaneers were INTENTIONALLY decimated. That is, they dropped a bunch of old players wihtout replacin them and elevated a bunch of back up who, by the way, will mostly be cut at the end of this year.

There’s more OBVIOUS differences, but no need to pile on.

Smith in Atlanta tok over a decimated team, now in year three got the Division just about sewn up.

Why should we demand any less from Rah?
