Javier…I have to agree with D-money on this one. Both of these teams were better than tampa last year, and one of them beat Tampa twice. This is not college ball, all NFL wins are real. I actually like Gruden a great deal, but that does not mean I can not like Morris. I will take K2′s word over yours anyway, not to mention the other football people that seem to think Morris is headed in the right direction. Root for the team fool.

2) I havent seen anyone anywhere say the Bucs are great. I just see people who are optimistic about the direction the team is headed. If you can’t see the improvement then you must not know anything about football.

Holy crap morons. We beat 2 nobody’s. And this is your litmus for a great team being lead by a great coach?

What about when Gruden was 9-3 before the ‘Great Fall’? Most of you koolaid drinkers claimed that Gruden played nobody to get that 9-3 start.

The wins don’t have to be pretty. Just get us some wins. With what I’ve seen on TV I’m definately going to see them in person this season. I like the effort this young team puts out on the field. I like the defense ever since Rah took over last year. Freeman’s maturity brings excitement to the near future. Go Bucs! Just keep getting better each week!

well, tony dungy took a totally different approach from the fire and brimstone standard and it really worked to turn the team around. I’d like to see if Rah’s approach has the same stabilizing effect. Yes, it took Gruden to put them over the top, but the change Dungy brought also brought a decade of success.

I am really hopeful that the Bucs again will be known as innovators with the Tampa 2.1 defense and the new coaching approach… BTW- saw Todd Haley doing chest bumps also… Only time will tell if he’s another Marinelli or a Tomlin.

Statistically the Bucs have a better chance of winning a Super Bowl with Morris than they do with a retread who’s already won. No coach has ever won the SB with two different teams- so history shows that Cowher, Shanahan, Parcells or any of the other hot names won’t be able to do it either.
