Damn it! – watching football on TV? Figuring out why people do things is part of my job, and trying to figure you out. Are you a fan, truly worried about the team, and listening to the idiots here? Eric and Thomas don’t care about actuall football, their intrest is motivated strictly by Mancrushes(Gruden, Brandon Marshall, Bill Cowher), which obviously is not the way to build a team. Mushmouth hates all things- due to failed marriages and failed life. Or are you like Patrick, he truly is delusional , and really believes he’s smarter than EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE. Well, Tampa two, let me take swing at it. I tend ta waste a Lil less time.1) the Grudens canned People for NOT developing a young expensive QB and young talent. The team payroll plummeted foam top ten to the bottom because of signing OLD, OVER THE HILL players, who cost less. The Glazers hated this dead end approach! After several warnings, the fired people to change this approach! The Glazers , contrary to the B.S. Posted here, are very demanding owners- ask Dungy! You either have a plan to be fighting for the Superbowl-CONSISTANTLY!- or they can your ass! That is the “fact” that is always overlooked here.2) Raheem is an NFL head coach – He is the Bucs head coach. He became their head coach because of several factors. He did an amazing job in straightening out our secondary. He has shown great ability to coach and develop young talent. He was Monte Kiffin’s pick as the best of his “disciples” to improve upon our legendary defense. He was the players choice, and has their full support and endorsement. They played very hard for him last year. In the Modern NFL, getting rich, jaded players to “buy in” and commit to your plan is half the battle- he’s got that. Did he make rookie mistakes, oh yeah! More than most rookie head coaches? Probably not- I Remember HOF’er Jimmy Johnson’s 1st year being rediculed much more frequently. Is Raheem the answer at head coach? That depends on the Question? Is he here to win the Superbowl? Or are we reliving the Dungy era? – draft and develop young players, build a strong Core! Then bring in a Gunslinger to grab the brass ring? We don’t know after one year. We will know more after two years.3) don’t know- don’t care. But here’s a question for you- what would lead you to think you know more about the NFL than Billionaire owners and Millionaire Coaches? I mean, really? At least, Jimbuc, I believe in facts, not some mindless 75 posts per article asking everyone to answer some endless drivel question that means nothing to no one but Jimbuc. Is is what it is, jimmyboy. The Bucs sucked under this regime last year. And they will suck again this year!
There are 3 facts you cannot deny. 1) The Glazer boys are tightwads from hell when it comes to the Bucs. 2) Morris is “not” an NFL Head Coach.
And 3) While Jimbuc calls someone an idiot, he does it while writing 75 times an article trying to justify #’s 1 & 2. So who is the real idiot, jimmyboy? Think about that while you are sitting in the sun trying to lap up the sweat off of Raheem’s stones while our team gets pounded this year.

If this was the NBA or MLB I’d get understand the argument that I think you’re trying to make (the Bucs are paying the franchise QB less than Clayhands) but NFL contracts are basically a series of one-year deals. He’ll renegotiate way before 2014 if he kills it in the next year or two. All this is a little nudge from the organization telling Josh, “Hey, keep up the good work but you’ve still got a lot to prove.”

Uhh, NOBODY’S top picks are signed ANYWHERE. Until Bradford’s deal comes in the 1st round market won’t be set. The Bucs actually took a bit of a gamble by signing Mike Williams as early as they did because the market around him was particularly set in stone.

Dude has a tender waiting on him to sign for nearly 3 million. That’s not exactly chump change for a dude who’s never made a Pro Bowl, an All-Pro team or has the “aesthetic shortcomings” he has.

Freeman’s contract called for him to receive $10.245 million guaranteed and offers him a chance to earn another $10 million in incentives. He is slated to earn $395,000 in base pay this year.

The remainder of Freeman’s contract calls for him to earn base salaries of $740,000 in 2011, $1.085 million in 2012 and $1.43 million in 2013. Freeman will first be eligible for free agency in the spring of 2014.

The bottom line is that the top picks are not signed. Penn s not signed. Raheem the Dream went 3-13 last year. And it’s doubtful that the Bucs will surpass that wonderful record again this year! So keep drinking that kool-aid and spend all that money on tickets to the beat down!

That’s the irritating part about the “slow Squad”, they are so SURE about everything they say, yet they are always wrong! “the Bucs won’t draft McCoy, too expensive”,” they won’t sign any FAs”, etc, Etc. Most of the fans talk about what could happen, or what we hope will happen. The haters always think they KNOW the future! How many of you haters picked New Orleans to win the SuperBowl? None of you. Vegas had them 25-1, and those guys are the “experts”, and they didn’t get. And neither did any of you! No one Knows. Until it happens, it’s guess work. I remember watching Jimmy Johnson his first year. Tons of mistakes, everyone screaming he couldn’t coach in the Pros.they were wrong too. Freeman could be the worst Qb in history this year, and we don’t win a game. OR he could be the second coming of Bradshaw, and we win 10. None of us know. But I do know this, all the haters predicted doom are not Buc Fans. And your repeatedly be wrong proves you don’t know squat about football! So save your “knowledge” and “predictions” until we actually see what this team is about! And you can stick yer ignorant insults up yer porthole!
