Great podcast as always. Agree. I think the time change, games played and jet lag started to take its toll in the Sharks game. And it looks like the team is starting to show signs of getting tired. Maybe just other teams getting better.

No we can’t expect them to win them all. But it has been one check of a ride so far. True excitement and hope for Tampa fans.

  2. DBS Says:

    heck

Thanks for the shout out, Tom.

Bolts lose at San Jose. Well it’s like Paul Simon said in the song American Tune “you can’t be forever blessed”.

Your take on Palat’s impact on the team is right on the mark. He is relentless on the ice, always giving 100% effort. It’s probably way he always sounds out of breath when being interviewed.

Sergachev has the potential to be a beast in this league. He’s not quite there yet but he is defiantly on the right track. Maybe that is why Dan Girardi calls him “super sophomore black cape legend”.

The best part of the Carolina game was watching Stephen Stamkos pass the puck to Point for the final goal. Stammer could have taken the shot himself but he did what Captains are supposed to do, give some of the glory to his Lieutenants.
