    Still no confidence from me

  2. Lamarcus Says:

Nope. Not an ounce of confidence. Someone else can have Koetter and his Catch-up from behind number 1 offense in which is highly overrated. It’s not even a true number 1

Saints don’t have a number 1 offense but lights the score board like no other. I choose points and eating Ws than bunch of empty yards. But of course.unless he wins the SB this year…..

  3. Shane247 Says:

I’m back and forth on this. Two weeks ago I’d seen enough, but now with the defense playing respectable and Jamies playing better, I’m thinking give him another year.

He’s made a lot of stupid mistakes, but he is in part responsible for one of the best offenses we’ve ever had and he has been plagued this year with the QB suspension, another terrible year of injuries and a bad kicker.

If we can manage to replace Warhop with a competant Oline coach and find a decent running back, this team would be scary.

  4. tnew Says:

We’ve sung this song before. Little confidence just like after week 2. Won’t change until he wins a playoff game. Dirk just makes too many wrong decisions.

  5. RustyRhinos Says:

Same as always Very Confident in Coach Kotter. Until there is a new coach I will be very confident in the one we have. And to those who do not like my vote stick it. It is my view. When we kick the sh!t out of the Aints y’all will see my smile from Georgia to your place. Bring it! We can and will win with coach Kotter. To those who are looking so forward to another GM, Coaching and Roster change remember how well that has worked for us in our past. How many tears in your beer would y’all have if we had did as the consensus her wanted Coach Gruden. I bet there are quite a few Raider fans who would like coach Kotter there.
    Go Bucs! Go Kotter!

Blocked comment again. Or another 3 hour delay? Who cares.

  7. Not there yet Says:

Koetter is trash and I’ll say it until he proves otherwise or is replaced. I won’t be fooled by players coming on at the end of another pointless season just to save his job while ensuring they are allowed to slack off another year. If a coach lets a player decides when he wants to do a job like return punts I’ll never have confidence in a guy like that

  8. Rojas Says:

    No confidence.

  9. Tbbucs3 Says:

How about a Jason Licht confidence poll Joe? Joe ran one at the bye week, and a few times before that this year.–Joe

There’s an old football saying “it’s not about the Xs and the Os, it’s about the Jimmies and the Joes”

Football is really this simple. If you have good players you will win.

  10. Mike Johnson Says:

To little to late. And at the expense and suffering of the fanbase. All because he rode with his Ace boon..pressbox Smitty to long. Thats what woke me up. Dirk knew Smitty was a waste. But he figured he owed him. I don’t think Dirk saves his job. He’s gonna lose at least 2 more games thus..sealing his fate.

  11. PriMech54 Says:

I like Dirk Koetter as a man and straight shooter from what I can see with my own eyes, and I am not in the building every day to see all the nuances that an organization typically goes through, but from what I can see I have very little faith in his capabilities as a real NFL head coach. His decision making, both in-game and with personnel, leaves so much to be desired. It is my belief that his shyness to pull the trigger when faced with a difficult decision (waiting too long to fire Mike Smith) has cost this team at least one game this season, and ironically, his impatient thick-headedness when he took back play calling for a game that resulted in an all-time blunder 500 yards and 3 points, having cost them another game. Without these mistakes, it would potentially put the Bucs directly in the thick of the playoff race with 7 wins going into the last quarter of the season, a season that he just so happens to be literally coaching for his job.

This is just this season. If anyone has the will for it, I’d be willing to go tit-for-tat about alllllll the backwards, delusional, and stubborn $h!+ he and his coaching staff (along with the FO) have pulled off during their tenure that resulted in failure for the team.

It’s not really his fault though; as I said, I like the guy. The Glazers are just consistently hiring the unqualified candidate because they lack the universal respect and pedigree necessary to be taken seriously by a Jim Harbaugh, for example.

… which is why they need a VP of Football Ops. Then you can get a real coach. Someone with 100 wins, or deep playoff runs. Pedigree.

  12. Aceofaerospace Says:

The unforgivable sin makes him an eternal “no confidence “ for me, at least until the Bucs make the playoffs under him. Another wasted season.

  13. Jimbo Says:

40 percent of the respondents need their melons refitted. Koetter is utterly inept and should have been canned so the Bucs can steal a march in the competition for new HC hires.
