  2. RyJo Says:

Are these polls even worth doing anymore? He’s going to be gone in a month…

  3. BrianBucs Says:

Even less confidence in Licht and Winston

  4. upthegut Says:

Sorry Dirk, I was pulling for you but you are what your record says, and you failed to
move on washed up coaches who have killed ypu, the team and the fan base.
Mike smith – at. least a year too late
George Worhop – you should have dumped his sorry a$$ the day you got the HC gig
    Nate Kaczer – see Warhop.

  5. Knucknbuc Says:

I have voted little confidence since the beginning of the year. And this franchise is so awful i will continue to vote little confidence with whoever the next coach will be. I have little confidence in the tampa bay Buccaneers as an organization to get anything right. Voting anything else is just you speculating and hoping this time will be different.

  6. Clw JB Says:

none, zip, zero, nada, zilch and any other language or slang term you can think of…he has clearly proven to be no more than an pretty good OC

Game management, player management, scouting, motivation, accountability are all non existent under the Koetter regime

52 other guys look at Caleb every day and wonder how in the world he is getting in a uniform

how about we dont even hire a HC, just roll the ball out there and let them coach themselves, call their own plays etc

I bet we could go 5-11 that way also

GTFOUT Dirk Koetter, and NEVER look back

  7. Rod Munch Says:

A game behind the World Champion Eagles, tied with the Packers for wins, and a game ahead of the Jags!

Sounds like a successful season to me!

  8. Matts17 Says:

Proud member of the zero confidence selection all season. Huge mistake by Bucs to not fire him last off season.

  9. Knoxville Bucs Fan Says:

Next man up. Hopefully the G~Boys get it right this time Here’s a confidence poll suggestion. Will the Glazers finally hire the right coach

  10. Brandon Short Says:

Always had little confidence now I’ve got no confidence. I have more confidence in Duffner and Monken. Dirk is done. Licht has done a better than average job at getting talent, Dirk just can’t coach it. There’s by far more talent on the field for the Bucs position by position than any other Bucs team since 2003. Licht is not perfect but the talent is there. Coaching is needed.

  11. Buccfan37 Says:

A standing cardboard placard holding a magic 8 ball would be more effective than the majority of present Buc coaches.

  12. Rod Munch Says:

I still love the idea that Joe put forth… get Harbaugh to come in and fix the special teams AND defense, but keep Monken in place along with the offense, like what the Glazers did with Gruden not being able to touch the defense.

Also, lets all keep in mind, and sorry to do this to you Joe, but after that 6 game strech in 2016 when Mike Smith had the defense playing great, everyone talked about what a huge deal it was to keep Smith, how the Glazers have to step up and do whatever it took to keep Mike Smith – and they did give him a big raise if my understanding of events are correct. Duff is in the same boat. Even if he ends the year with the defense playing well, so what? If you can get a guy like Harbaugh to come in and clean house – do it. I don’t care if the defense had a nice strech where they weren’t awful, that’s not enough to me to keep him around and to spend yet another year with Dirk looking lost on the sidelines.

Oh, but the idea I put forth last year after Pittsburgh lost at home in the playoffs, to trade for Tomlin, that’s what the Bucs should be actively pursuing. Assuming the Steelers make the playoffs, and I assume they will, and they lose in the 1st or 2nd round like normal, the Glazers need to, that same day, call the Steelers and make a deal while everyone in Pittsburgh is p/o’d. I’d gladly give up a 1st and even a 2nd to get Tomlin, just as a bonus to make it easier to live with throw in Bell as well. The give Tomlin a Gruden like 10-year deal so we’re not 2 years in talking about firing the HC yet again. Stability is a huge deal, but you need the right guy, and Dirk isn’t that guy.

  13. Rod Munch Says:

Buccfan37 – That is an interesting idea, would a magic 8-ball be more effective as HC than Dirk?

I’m trying to think of how that works since you can only ask yes or no questions, the 45 second clock might be an issue because of all the “ask again later” responses, but I kind of like of the idea. I’d be willing to give a try at least in preseason.

  14. SchwiftyBuc Says:

Hows this for an outside the box approach. Hire Peyton Manning to be our John Elway type of Gm/Team President. Dude was one of if not the most cerebral QB’s of all time. He made himself one of the best ever by breaking down film down to the minute details into the wee hours of the night for the better part of 2 decades.

We need a legitimate, tried and true football mind that knows what a championship caliber team looks like and what type of people in both the front office and coaching staff are needed to craft a winner.

  15. D-Rome Says:

    Bye Felicia!
