The problem I have with the Bucs, their defense don’t match up with the Falcons offense. Julio, Ridley, Sanu versus the Bucs Corners. Tevin Coleman, Ito Smith versus the Bucs linebackers. Austin Hooper versus the Bucs SS. But, the Falcons have one of the worst offensive playcaller in the NFL. The Falcons has a decent pass rush with Takk McKinley, Vic Beasley coming off the edge. The Bucs has JPP and that’s about it. I don’t know what to expect from Jameis Winston and the Bucs offense.
Jameis plays good against Atlanta historically, as well as in Atlanta. We’re coming off a bye. Sounds like team is getting healthy.
This is a should-win-if-we-serious-at-all about contending this season type of game. I know our defense has been trash so far, but maybe they start to turn it around.

We beat the “High Scoring Saints”, we beat “Super Bowl Eagles” and now we are playing the 1-4 Falcons with terrible defense with a lot of starters missing as we get healthier and all I’m reading is how Jones, Sanu, and Ridley are gonna beat us down. Winston is 3-2 versus the Falcons, and the two loses were 100% on the defense. Winston has played extremely well versus the Falcons and I’d expect that once again. Then again Dirk has had 2 weeks to reign in Monken and to bring back his run up the middle special. We will literally see on the first offensive play of the game what offense we get. Do we get the Dirk 1.8 yards per carry and a cloud of dust up the gut on the 1st play, or do they come out like they did in week 1 and 2 and play action pass. To my eye Dirk reigned in Monken in week 3, because that’s what people who coach scared do, they have a little success, then they’re scared of losing that success so they play close to the vest, so the Bucs are 2-0, playing a wide open style of football, taking shots deep, then Dirk, who scares easily, shuts it down and punts from the opponents 36 and punts at the end of the game because if you don’t punt, that requires balls, and if Dirk is anything, he’s ball less.
GMC doesn’t command an offense and doesn’t throw TD passes. Yes, our defense SUCKS but so do the Falcons. Believe or not we have players coming back on the DLine so that makes us healthier. The bottom line is this game will be decided by the QB’s, and all I’m reading is that Ryan will beat Jameis. If Jameis can’t keep up point for point against a horrid defense who’s in injury protocol then again I must be the fool to listen to the propaganda. This is a secret way for the Jameis likers to admit they don’t trust him. I’m putting my money and my big mouth on the Bucs and if I lose you all can call me out and call me all the names you want.
In 2015, the Bucs swept the Falcons, the Bucs were running the ball down their throat. Since Dirk became head coach, they haven’t had a 100 yard rushing game against the falcons, and they are 1-3 against them.
