How To Stop The Bucs

September 13th, 2018

Target.

Why, the Bucs blew up the Saints defense so badly last week, now BSPN is hosting segments on its arguing shows about how to contain the Bucs offense.

Yes, really.

In the video below, Damien Woody has the perfect remedy to stop the passing offense of the Bucs. He yells with Max Kellerman and screamin’ Stephen A. Smith.

In fact, Woody out-hollers SAS if you can imagine such a thing.

Wanna stop the Bucs? Put Winston back in. JUST PLAYING!

  2. miken Says:

How do you stop every and any NFL team???? Get after the qb!
Who could watch espn for more than 5 minutes?

  3. Godeep66 Says:

    Spot on Dewey!!!!!

  4. go for the face30 Says:

SAS is actually extremely intelligent, and not bad at all to listen to, when he isn’t yelling and playing it up for the cameras – which unfortunately is rare nowadays. His radio show is a lot better.

  5. Iamabuc Says:

….if , and only if; they can get to Fitzpatrick..this O-line is on fire…it’s not gonna be an easy task for the Eggless…I’m telling you.

  6. Godeep66 Says:

    JBoo who

  7. Knoxville Bucs Fan Says:

How do you slow down a pass rush like the Eagles will bring? Run Barber right down their throats… they’ll back off eventually and then we will see the magic reappear.

  8. Adambomb418 Says:

Woody throwing shade on the Bucs AGAIN…

  9. BigMacAttack Says:

So PFT and Florio took the Bucs from no. 31 to no. 14 in their power rankings. Philip is still no. 1 and the Bucs need to boot them out of that spot. I think 14 is well earned from last week. If the Bucs beat the Eagles and do it convincingly then everyone will start to see this team is for real, defense or no defense. Haha

  10. El_Buc941 Says:

If Winston was playing it would be 100% guaranteed we would win.hes a beast when it comes to playing the blitz.if they can’t get to Fitzpatrick they definitely won’t get to Jameis

  11. Ga. Buc fan 42years Says:

agree with you iamabuc Every body seems to forget our O-line played lights out that is the key to the match-up Sunday in RJ stadium. Looking forward to a little more NASTY . Can’t wait for Sunday! Go BUCS!!

  12. rrsrq Says:

How do you have analyst that are never impartial, Woody always have and always will throw shade at the Bucs, did he play in the days when Sapp, Brooks and Alstott was beating his arse or something

  13. Billy_43 Says:

I was really hoping they had been working with Rojo on some screen passes that we would see with Philly to help stop them from getting home so often if that is the case.

Then when Koetter explained why he was inactivated, he used that’s just the case “Right Now” and since we have so many injuries, I’m betting he doesn’t even play again.

Hope I’m wrong and he is able to contribute behind a good O Line.

Otherwise hopefully Moenken gets Shaun Wilson and Adam Humphries involved with screens. I really enjoyed the 1 Hump broke with the BS block in the back penalty by D Smith.

  14. Mike Says:

Fun to watch people talking about us as a team to possibly fear-
The media is fickle and pathetic

  15. Not there yet Says:

Fitz had a good game and it was amazing to watch but the fanbase nor this team has earned the right to be so freaking arrogant yet. Fitz has to have more than one good game before you talk about taking someone’s job or question whether it’s a debate we could beat the eagles because at least now it’s a debate. Be happy something is happening that rarely happened all year last year ….. National media is recognizing this team but please stop talking like we’ve been this good the last decade already.

That eagles defense will test our o lines heart, stamina and testicular fortitude then debate after more than one game of tape. Everything they said about Fitz was dead on, the only difference between fitz and Winston is Fitz has been in the league longer, they have both been inconsistent their entire career. Having said all that I believe we smash the eagles too

2 words that all Tampa will remember after Sundays game

    “Derek Barnett”

    Kobe Faker

  17. Billy_43 Says:

2 words that all Tampa WON”T remember after Sunday’s game

    “Kobe Faker”

  18. BucsFanInNC Says:

What frustrates me about our QB situation is everybody jumping on Jameis like it’s his fault we struggled last year. Didn’t Fitzpatrick start 3 games last year with this same offense and weapons? Did he light anyone up? Fitz has a great game. The offense as a whole looked awesome. Maybe it’s due to the hard work and game calling by Monken.

  19. Alaskan Abdominal Snowman Says:

    This show is unwatchable

  20. Jeagan1999 Says:

The Bucs offense WILL have to be ready for more pressure from Philly this Sunday. But there are ways to beat that too. Screens, 3-step drops, quick slants, 2TE sets, play action, and a healthy running game! I am not expecting 48 points against the world champions, but they won’t need that because with Foles the Eagles May only score 20. THis could be a 24-20 Bucs win if Fitz can avoid mistakes and keep moving the chains!

  21. BucsBandit Says:

KOBER FAKER – you must be the biggest TOOL in the world.

Did your parents not hug you enough as a child?

All you do is post negative Anti-Buc nonsense over and over and over. You’re constantly wrong and don’t even know football that well.

I think you’re actually a Falcons fan posting on a Bucs site. It’s so funny that the Bucs are so in your head that you have to spend so much of your day posting Anti-Buc negative nonsense all day.

Don’t even get me started on you being such a loser that you refer to your username in the 3rd person. LOL.

  22. cmurda Says:

I would comment on the article, but I just can’t stop laughing at these 2 clowns. Especially SAS. He’s good comedy and I like SAS but he knows nothing about football.

  23. VegasBuc Says:

The “FitzMobTrick” is alive and well

  24. VegasBuc Says:

Two words that PHILLY will remember after Sunday’s game

    Chris Godwin

  25. INSPIRED Says:

Do you guys see how DESPERATE the Eagles talking heads are? Wow! They are panicking out there! SCARED! To put it nicely, ILMAO!!! 😂

  26. 813bucboi Says:

this FLA heat will have philly’s defense gassed…..

    #NOEXCUSESIN2018!!!….#PRESSURESONTHECOACHES!!!…GO BUCS!!!

  27. Bucamania Says:

PhillyFan knows and respects Chris Godwin. Penn State boy.

Agree Godwin is going to be a major factor on Sunday.

  28. Trench War Says:

Did he even watch our O-line? Yes the Eagles have some good pass rushers, yes they may get to Fitz but what’s the best way to avoid a good pass rush? The same thing the Saints and Brees did. With the trust in our WR’s we get the ball out faster on timing routes and slants. Play the short game against them because Philly will be guarding against the deep ball. Screens also kill blitzing defenses as well.

  29. Trench War Says:

Brees practically played in the shotgun the whole game

  30. Gambelero Says:

Absolutely correct. Oline was tremendous against the Aints. Barber was really good (and Quizz was even better) in passpro. If the Eagles want to stop us, they have to get pressure.
