Time For GMC To Shine

April 30th, 2018

Will he blow up?

Joe admits he was part of the chorus.

It was positively shameful how this Bucs franchise all but urinated away the bulk of Gerald McCoy’s career with trash playing defensive end, if not next to him at defensive tackle.

Who was the best tackle playing next to GMC, weed-carrying, kneeling Akeem Spence? Roy Miller? Please! More likely it was Clinton McDonald when he wasn’t hurt.

At one point when the Bucs did develop a defensive end, they ran him out of town for no good reason. Worse, they never replaced Michael Bennett.

That story no longer holds much water. Because the defensive line was bulked up big time this offseason. Not only does GMC now have a damned good end in Jason Pierre-Paul, Licht got hulking monster rookie Vita Vea to play next to GMC.

Helmet hair Mel Kiper of BSPN pointed out the guy who should be happiest with the Bucs draft is GMC.

I was a little surprised the Bucs didn’t go with safety Derwin James because he was still on the board, but I like Vea, even if tackle wasn’t a huge need. He should eat up blockers next to Gerald McCoy.

So who are teams doing to double-team? Roll the dice and let JPP go at it facing just a right tackle? Do teams double Vea thus risking GMC getting loose on one-man coverage?

Joe suspects it will be Vea who should take advantage as GMC will be double-teamed. If you are an offensive coordinator, which scares you the most, JPP single-blocked, GMC single-blocked or a rookie being single-blocked?

If Vea can get enough pressure to collapse the pocket, this could be a scary, scary defensive line.

The Ploy for McCoy was finally answered, now lets see how this d-line preforms! It all looks good on paper, iron sharpens iron, now let’s see some effort during practices and games. If the secondary can improve and our defense can hold that 4th quarter drive we should be able to win some games, our failure in the 4th last year cost us…..we will see this year. Our offense doesn’t worry me and we have addressed the d-line just hope the secondary will be able to rise up to the challenge this year.

    Go Bucs!!!!!

  2. AlteredEgo Says:

The talent upgrades have been HUGE….and once they begin playing as a 11 man team things will look better than they have in over a decade….good things coming next fall….and there are still veteran cuts coming from the other 31 teams….the roster will get even stronger…I am excited

  3. ncbucfanhere Says:

I believe this defense is going to see 3-step drops often. We also will be able to get pressure with just four consistently with our heavy rotation. Kwon Alexander and Lavonte David are going to have HUGE years due to being able to just STALK all year long. Our Defensive front 7 are most closely comparable to the 2015 Panthers front 7 but better talent wise. Our biggest adjustment will be playing complimentary football…..the Offense needs to focus on running inside the 20…PERIOD!! If we can do that I sense a division title. We have the personnel now to stop the Saints, Falcons, and Cam Newton from running all over us when they feel like it. Our D-line was bullied too often last year.

  4. RawBucsFan Says:

I really think the d-line will make the entire defense better. Quality depth creates competition throughout. The LB unit will prosper. My only concern is the secondary. We’re depending on a lot of young players & rookies along with a completely healthy season from Grimes. I would love for us to sign SS Eric Reid & bring back CB Robert McClain to upgrade the competition. Potential 10 or more wins this season depends on significant defensive improvement in attitude & playmaking!! JPP, GMC, Lavonte & Grimes must set the tone!!

  5. Tampabaybucfan Says:

I don’t know about anyone else but going through this entire draft without Tmax’ obsessive negative posts has been an absolute pleasure….

    Thanks so much Joe…..

I can only imagine his posts re Vita & GMC….

  6. OneBucPerson Says:

I’m expecting GMac to have a career year either this year, next, or both. If he doesn’t then I think we need to seriously consider trading him/having him take a pay cut. There are no more excuses for this team not to be in the playoffs, not with the talent on every level.

  7. IsrBuc Says:

they went and got Michel Johnson

  8. Robert Says:

if only you saved these…..could cut and paste the same article year after year

  9. Trench War Says:

Either way, the good thing is that opposing QB’s should have less time to set up shop on every single play. Whether it’s GMC being doubled and Vea wreaking havoc or vise versus. This will turn out to be a great #1 pick

  10. Dewey Selmon Says:

you are right about Tmaxcom, I notice I do less skimming and more reading. And we all seem to stay on the topic more than getting sidetracked by asinine posts..

  11. TOM Says:

IMO, I would put feelers out for trading GMC & Jackson.

  12. SCBucsFan Says:

This assumes that Vea’s game translates to the NFL and he’s a beast, not a bust. Lets hope that is the case. We all know that isn’t a guarantee but, as a Bucs fan, I sure hope he succeeds.

  13. Tampabaybucfan Says:

    Yea Dewey,

I believe in free speech and everyone including Tmax is entitled to their opinion but there are limits….and it becomes extremely rude to other posters to continue to beat the same drum….not just occasionally but on every post.

Joe’s objective is to inform & entertain and the interactive nature of the site is what makes it attractive for us and profitable for Joe’s advertisers…

A poster like Tmax greatly detracts from that……good riddance!!!

  14. SCBucsFan Says:

Tom – Jackson would fetch a corn fritter of we paid part of the salary. GMC, who knows – but before we ship him off wouldn’t it be cool to see what he does with a real player lining up next to him?

  15. BigHogHaynes Says:

    GMC IS A GOD!!

  16. Greg Says:

I have been singing that song forever. Warren Sapp and had Greg Spires on the other. I have been singing that song forever. Warren Sapp had Booger MacFarland on one side Greg spires on the other side. People are going to be surprised how much better our secondary is with a pass rush.

  17. Dusthty Rhothdes Says:

GMC if he can just zip up his aww shucks comments and how he is running to the end of the field or whatever bs he is pushing this year it would be great, again the bucs need to be in the playoffs period all of this other stuff is just like the gilded age

  18. Buccfan37 Says:

I’d like to hear the Tmax take on the draft too.

  19. Defense Rules Says:

@Kiper … “I like Vea, even if tackle wasn’t a huge need.” With GMC AND Allen at DT (plus Unrein & Stevie T) Kiper’s right … DT wasn’t a huge need. At least not in the PRIORITY NEEDS that RB, OG, CB & SS were. But it’s obvious that the Bucs are building for the future (despite Licht & Koetter & Company being on the hot seat … as are ALL GMs & HCs year after year).

Mitch Unrein just turned 31. GMC just turned 30. Beau Allen will be 27 come Nov. Stevie T is 26 and Vita Vea just turned 23.

JPP just turned 29. Eric Curry just turned 28. Will Gholston will be 27 come July, and Noah Spence just turned 24. Also have Will Clarke (27 in a couple days), Channing Ward (25), Patrick O’Connor (24) and DaVonte Lambert (23) on the roster.

Bucs DLine now has an excellent blend of talent, age & experience. From a purely SIZE perspective, our DLine got a LOT bigger this off-season (and presumably tougher). Smitty must be happy. And yet, probably the most solid addition to that whole group IMO was Brentson Buckner. No doubt in my mind that he’ll turn the dogs loose and let them hunt. And hunt they will.

  20. Hawaiian Buc Says:

Tmax is nothing more than a troll (my phone kept trying to auto correct that to “tool”, which I think is pretty funny). He’s not giving any sort of valuable information. He just repeats the same nonsense over and over and over. Every now and then he converts some poor soul who doesn’t know any better, but make no mistake he makes each and every one of us dumber for having to read his nonsense.

  21. Chris K Says:

I’m excited about finally having a real defensive line! If you’re missing Tmax’s negativity, worry not, DB55 will hold it down until his suspension ends. Looking forward to both of them either eating crow or finding something else to whine about.

  22. R.O. Says:

TEs and RBs don’t block DTs. JPP will be doubled with a TE. Or constantly chipped. Lots of A gap and frontside blitzes.

  23. D-Rome Says:

I said it a few days ago and I’ll say it again. I’m happy with the pick. It improves the Bucs D-Line for today, the defensive line gets younger, and Vea is (more or less) McCoy’s replacement in the future. Plus, the team now has a true NT if they want to use 3-4 defensive packages.

  24. Tampabaybucfan Says:

    RE VITA LIZED DLINE

Vita is a character….he should be great in the locker room…..with fans, and in the community….

On the field….there is no question he can help.

I’ll save my second-guessing for a much later time.

  25. Frank Pillow Says:

Don’t ask me why, but I went back and re-watched HardKnocks and Geraldini really comes off well throughout the show. Yet, there were a few pieces that played for laughs that seemed to be indicative of a team with lots of big personalities, but no locker room enforcer. One of the more interesting exchanges was during the Charley’s dinner- where EVERYONE attending rode him for NOT being able to be nasty/mean. On the one hand, I think they were playing it as Geraldini is a nice, good, guy. On the other, I now can’t help but wonder if it as more…as if they recognized that for all of his talent/skill/effort, he’s NOT able to truly run a locker room the way this team needs it to be run. Bottom line, this is the best DL group Geraldini has had to work with- he can be an 8-10 sack guy next year if he wants to be.

  26. Buc believer Says:

It will be fun to read the GMC lovers excuses this upcoming year. Can’t wait to see him get bitch slapped around like the comic book loving little girl he is.

  27. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    @Buc believer,

Since you’re such a tough guy, why don’t you say it to his face. He’s really not that hard to find around town. But of course we all know you’re not even close to man enough. So if you talk about someone as an anonymous poster when you would never do it in person, what does that make you?

And for the record, GMC has been great without the help. Hence the pro bowls, all pros, and top 100. But that’s just way too many facts for people like yourself.

  28. The Buc Realist Says:

“even if tackle wasn’t a huge need”

Even thought the Bucs have had one of the worst D-lines for 10 years?????

They said the same thing when people said the Bucs should draft Aaron Donald!!!!!!!!!!

GMC better produce big, because I would have traded him for draft picks instead of trying to squeeze the last year or two of production out of him!!!!! He has declined for three straight years!!!!!!!!!

    GO Bucs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  29. Eric Says:

i not now when, if not us who.

  30. Buc believer Says:

Hey Hawaiian I would but remember last year when he called us out and challenged us to go to one Buc to talk to him knowing full well we wouldn’t make it past the guard at the gate??? Yeah that’s what I thought.

  31. irishBuc-FREE-TMAX Says:

TMAX HAS BEEN 100% ACCURATE ON GMC. Not a single signature game and not a single meaningful win in his entire career. Shut up and produce!!!

TMAX thinks with his head not his heart you softies are suckers for fee good stories while he only demands and accepts RESULTS.

No more excuses for the overrated GMC. One thing for sure either tmax and db55 are eating crow or the rest of you will come up with more excuses when gmc does not produce or plays less than half the games this season.

  32. SCBucsFan Says:

There was the head tool and now there are tool followers. Remember Jim Jones made alot of people drink the kool aid too.

  33. ATrain Says:

    No Excuses

GMC should show as the Best DT in the NFL
If not all of the GMC loves should call him out

TMax made some good points although his last post was classless

NO BLIND LOVE GMC SHOULD PRODUCE

  34. passthebuc Says:

    Trading GMC.

That would be a great idea so 8 months from now we could have post after post saying we left V V hung out to dry.

  35. Guzzie Says:

Most teams want to establish the run, 2nd and long is a passing down now because it’s going to be 3rd and long if you try to run on this dline, making a team one dimensional is already winning, teams won’t even try running, make a couple of 3 and outs, and control the clock, that’s winning football my friends

  36. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    @BucBeliever,

I’m sure you would. So you are trying to tell me that you went to One Buc? And are you also telling me that you are so unintelligent you can’t find him somewhere else? You would shrivel up like the little school girl you are.

  37. Joel Says:

Who did Sapp have next to him during his career? Exactly. A bunch of guys HE made better. Not the other way around.

  38. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    @IrishBuc,

100% accurate? LOL, clearly you are either Tmax, or you’ve been infected with his stupidity.

First of all, GMC hasn’t been on any good teams. It’s pretty hard to have a “signature win” when your wins rarely mean anything. Of course you are probably so stupid you believe that a DT wins and loses games.

As for him not producing, he has been producing. This is why every single coach says out loud that he game plans against GMC. I truly don’t understand why that concept is so difficult for people to understand. I know you didn’t play football, but there’s a lot of people (including myself) that didn’t play that understand quite easily. As a DT, he isn’t supposed to lead the team in sacks!!!! He’s supposed to disrupt and funnel things to the outside. That’s what he does, but there’s rarely someone there to funnel to. That will change this year, but he probably won’t lead the team in sacks. That’s a good thing for the team. Again, that’s not really his job.

  39. Hawaiian Buc Says:

“Who did Sapp have next to him during his career? Exactly. A bunch of guys HE made better. Not the other way around.”

    ———

    You can’t be serious?

  40. Lamarcus Says:

GMC is garbage. He should be playing for his roster spot if Vea wasn’t just a 2 down player.

  41. Eric Says:

    Winning football?

Oh Lordy now we are taking things too far.

  42. Hawaiian Buc Says:

I’m going to assume you ignorant McCoy haters would rather have Suh. Guess how many times Suh has led his team in sacks? Once, his rookie year. Is he not producing? His teams also don’t win.

I just can’t wrap my head around how you, as simply fans, can possibly think you know more than the experts. I mean, do you really think you have some amazing football analyzing skill that the people who get paid to analyze don’t see? I mean, come on. You can’t possibly think that. I’m seriously curious, but have yet to get an answer. Please, someone enlighten me.

  43. Lamarcus Says:

Is he good or nah?? Are GMC waiting for shine still? It’s been 9 years. Let it go. Hang it up. It’s not happening. GMC is nothing more but overrated. While he is chasing the ghost of Akeem Spence we chasing our first playoff win in 16 years. Gtfoh

  44. Eric Says:

Culpepper, Rice, Booger to name a few.

And a Hall of Fame head coach, and one of the best defensive coordinators in NFL history…..hall of fame lb, and multiple time pro bowlers behind him.

otherwise, Sapp was on his own.

  45. Chris K Says:

Let me add IrishBuc and BucBeliever to the short list of donkeys that doesn’t know what pro-Bowl caliber play at DT looks like. Yes, you guys are smarter than the NFL players who vote the top 100, yes, you guys are smarter than the pro-Bowl voters, yes, you guys are smarter than all the coaches who say he’s the guy you game plan for when you’re playing the Bucs. Smh at the foolishness I read on here. Either way, he’ll have yet another pro-bowl season this year (I lost count, can you donkeys tell me how many that will be now?) and he will be a huge part to finally having a good defensive line that will impact games. Continue on though Donkeys, you help us who understand the game and the position have a good daily laugh.

  46. Pickgrin Says:

LOL on the Jim Jones comment SCBucsFan…

    I will say this:
What Jason Licht did to totally revamp this DLine in one offseason – given no good DE options in FA and few in this draft – is nothing short of amazing!!

Draft a couple good DEs from next year’s much better crop – and our DL is looking good heading into the future.

McCoy’s time is NOW however. He finally has the surrounding talent to let his own high end talent shine. If ever there was a year to get 10+ sacks and a ton of QB pressures to cement his legacy as one of the better DL players in Tampa Bay history THIS is the year for Gerald.

  47. lokog Says:

i just wanna see drew brees running scared

  48. Wausa Says:

    Well said Pickgrin

  49. Chris K Says:

Pickgrin, that’s a lot of sacks for a DT, but I believe 8-10 sacks is a possibility this season given the help has finally arrived on the D-line.

  50. Buc believer Says:

And we can add Chrisk to the list of blind followers of the popularity contest. The other players say they respect and fear Batman simply to keep her in the league so they can stomp her crying clown arse every week.

  51. AlteredEgo Says:

Vita is going the make Brees squeak when he lands on him

  52. Lamarcus Says:

    Hawaii

This is not about Suh. It’s about oh whack GMC and if he is going to shine. That’s actually doesn’t make any sense if he is good then why are waiting for him to shine??

  53. Bradentuckey Buc Says:

The question that remains now is, will we be able to stop the slant?

  54. Bucsfanman Says:

Even the most negative of posters has to agree that this is the best unit that has been assembled on this d-line in a LONG time. No?!
So, why don’t we just root for the guy for a change? I mean, he is a BUC!
    Just sayin’!

  55. Chris K Says:

Bucsfanman. Exactly! Proof they aren’t real Bucs fans.

  56. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    @Lamarcus,

That’s the thing – he has shined. However, some people just aren’t smart enough to realize that you can shine, but if you don’t have help, it’s not really going to matter. He’s got all the individual awards any player could ever want. Now I think he has the guys around him to win some freaking football games, which in the end is all that really matters. However, if we do win, it won’t be all because of McCoy, just like it’s not all because of him that we lost.

  57. Chris K Says:

@bucbeliever, I can care less what super hero McCoy likes or doesn’t like or can care less about your obvious inability to acknowledge the man has been our only consistent pro-Bowl player. But yeah, I have an idea, let’s show the rest of the league how stupid our fan base is and run that player off! I’ll listen to the other coaches around the league that say McCoy is who thy game plan for when they play the Bucs, I’ll listen to the other players in the league that vote him into the top players in the league every year, and I’ll listen to the sound of his pro-bowl taunts of you haters every year before I will acknowledge the donkeys who know jack sh$t about what a good defensive tackle looks like!

  58. '79Defense Says:

Interesting how some people on here can take a person with such high character, condemn him, call him names and laughably insist that they would say these things to his face. You don’t need to condemn someone as a person just because they don’t play a game to your liking. The morons who do aren’t able to separate football, a game, from life, but of course that’s what one would expect when dealing with morons.

  59. Capt.Tim Says:

    Hawaiian
Brother, dont waste your breath on these zombies.
They hate McCoy, because he is everything they’re not!
Rich, Powerful, Successful, famous, a leader.
And Most of all, happy- and a nice guy!

Tmaxipad,Lamarcus,Db55, and a couple other idiots are angry, Unhappy, and cruel spirited. But most importantly
    They are cowards.
Every single day- EVERY SINGLE DAY, they come here to post nasty remarks about McCoy. Thats their only interest, their daily mission.
Because it makes them think they are men, saying things like that about a Giant of A man.
But they only say it, hiding behind their poster ID.
    Cowards, losers, trolls

I have greatly enjoyed Joebuc, with Tmaxipad gone. I read more, and post more. The conversations are now about football, with some troll hijacking the thread.
Its a joy to visit the site now.
Wish Joe would get rid of Db55 and Lamarcus
Neither contributes anything but hateful BS

  60. The Buc Realist Says:

    @Bucsfanman

Even the most negative of posters has to agree that this is the best coaching unit that has been assembled on this team in a LONG time. No?!
So, why don’t we just root for the coaches for a change? I mean, they are BUCS!
    Just sayin’!

Don’t confuse injuries and bad line play for bad coaching!!!!!!!!!!!!

    GO Bucs!!!!!!!!!!!

  61. Bao Qing Tian Says:

Vita could be to GMC as Culpepper was to Sapp.

  62. DB55 Says:

I’m going to assume you ignorant McCoy haters would rather have Suh. Guess how many times Suh has led his team in sacks?
    ——————-
If you only you had a brain! Fck sacks how many playoff games has he played in? Better yet how many has he won? How about Suh? How about Bennett? Adrian clayborn? Heck even Akeem Spence has more playoff snaps than McIceCream.

Excuses excuses excuses. Talk to me week 14.

And what did light do he drafted another “gentle giant” another soft spoken gifted athlete. Great! Hopefully he like to pick up RB after they run him over too. Smh

    Career loser Cancer93!!! Free Tmax!!!

  63. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    @DB55,

So now you want to ignore sacks. You’re the same loser that cries about how many tackles a 3 technique gets. GTFOH.

And you are clearly one of the idiots that believe a DT is responsible to leading a team to the playoffs- in freaking 2018!! You’re hilarious my friend.

  64. Pickgrin Says:

    And There it is.

The 1st official “Vea is soft just like McCoy” post by DB – doing his best to fill in for head troll TMax – who is cooling his heels somewhere in exile under a bridge – spending his time molesting billy goats by force-feeding them Ice Cream and screaming niceties at them while wearing a batman costume…..

That’s the word on the street anyway – have no idea if its true or not…

  65. DB55 Says:

I don’t fill in For nobody, check the archives. You don’t have to be a genius to see McIceCream soft and loses tons more games than he wins. He he ever made a play to win a game? Oh yea that one time he grabbed Marty ice shoelaces. Good job son now go watch some tape of Suh and Donald and step your game up, if you can

  66. Hawaiian Buc Says:

DB55 is the guy that is so much better than every paid analyst out there. Congratulations to him – we are so luck to have his expertise on this site. I just wish McDonalds didn’t take up so much of his time, but I do like my fries hot so it’s not entirely bad.

  67. Chris K Says:

It’s nice to see the “REAL” football fans with “REAL” knowledge of the game stick it to these negative, whiney, zero knowledge, donkeys finally. As you donkeys can see, we’re sick of your negativity and ignorance of what good defensive tackle play looks like. Go find Tmaxipad and all that negativity and take a long hike together out of Tampa. Leave the football talk to the ones who actually understand the game a bit.

  68. Hawaiian Buc Says:

“You don’t have to be a genius to see McIceCream soft and loses tons more games than he wins.”

    —————-

This is actually hilarious. I’m telling you right now, he doesn’t believe a word he types. It’s just not possible. I’ve been on this earth for 40 years and have run across some really stupid people, but I’ve never spoken to anyone this dumb. He just needs attention. Even if McCoy was a bad football player (which we all know he isn’t), nobody would spend that much of their life expressing their hatred at another man. That is of course unless he has some sort of creepy man-crush on him, but I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one. Why else would he do it? This has been going on for years! No, DB55 is just lonely and in search for attention. It’s really kind of sad.

  69. Buc believer Says:

@Chris just because some of us don’t fantasize about holding McCoy’s jock strap doesn’t make us less informed or less of a fan. We just happen to believe and more than believe see with our own eyes how overrated McCoy really is.

  70. Chris K Says:

@bucbeliever, I’m not the one who’s obsessed over the man like you donkeys. So if someone is on that jock it’s probably you fools. I just State the obvious. A pro-bowler is a pro-bowler is a pro-bowler, no matter how many times a donkey says he’s not.

  71. Buc believer Says:

Chris everyone knows the pro bowl is simply a popularity contest. Of course Mr. softies peers are going to vote him in. They love being helped up when tackled and told how nice they are and to try harder. McCoy is like butters on South Park when they played sarcasta ball.

  72. Chris K Says:

@bucbeliever, is the fact that every coach we play against every week says you must game plan to stop McCoy also a popularity contest? How about when his piers do the top 100 every year? Another popularity contest? How about that he leads all DT in sacks since he’s entered the league? Is that one a contest too? I’ve said it before, if you don’t like him because he’s to nice or because he’s not Warren Sapp (no one is Sapp) then just say that and we’ll all be cool, but saying he’s not a good DT is borderline asinine.

  73. DB55 Says:

If Tampa FO so smart and the real fans are so smart then why the Bucs basement dwellers and the laughingstock of the league? Why does every football fan in the country except for the real fans of course count every game against the Bucs as an automatic win? Riddle me that.

Why have the Bucs avg 5-6 wins per year for the last decade? Real fans speak up please. But pro-bowls and what not. Lmao

The best thing that’s happened to Bucs football in the last year or so is the little puppy going off the air. He and his friend Landry finally got put in their place, some old age retirement home where you don’t have to think too much if at all.

  74. Buc believer Says:

@Chris I don’t like him because I honestly think he is overrated and over hyped. He has never lived up to the expectations that a player of his caliber is supposed to have. Yet he prances around like he is the second coming of Sapp and he is NO where near Sapp. I respect the fact that you and other fans will keep cheering him on no matter what. I too will be cheering for him on game day Sundays but he has worn out his welcome in my book. My beef is not with you or anyone else who thinks he is good it is with the man himself and I HOPE to God he proves me wrong this season.

  75. Chris K Says:

DBag55, under your theory Joe Thomas must of been the worst offensive lineman in NFL history. How about the rest of the Bucs roster of the years? How many hundreds of different players have worn the Bucs uniform since McCoy has been a Buc? Winston is soft ice cream? L.David sorry? Kwon? Bottom line, the Bucs as a team haven’t been that good for a while now. But I can’t win an argument with a donkey so I won’t engage anymore. Yes! Blame it on one of the better players we’ve had for a while now. Makes so much sense.. Smdh.

  76. Duke Says:

    Bucbeliever,

If you think GMC is overrated who is it that’s overreating him? Just curious about how that’s happening. Anyway, if the pro bowl selections are merely popularity contests , let’s agree to that, then do you believe that the all pro team is legit

The all pro team is a much greater honor than the pro bowl and it is taken very seriously by teams and players. If you dismiss the 6 pro bowls, how is possible to dismiss the 4 all pro selections?

  77. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    Chris K,

You are dropping way too much knowledge for DBag55. He will have no answer except to keep repeating himself and blaming McCoy for all the franchise’s mistakes. At least he hasn’t brought up tackles yet, but I’m sure that’s coming. It’s all simple minded people can do.

  78. Lamarcus Says:

Gmc is so whack that Licht had to use his premium pick on DT FOR HELP!!!!!!

I sure hope GMC doesn’t get hurt again and can excel. It hasn’t happened yet. There’s a thousand excuses for him, and we’ll see what he does ni hope he worked hard this offseason and didn’t lay up on his couch. I won’t hold my breath on GMC getting 10+ sacks but I’d love to see it.

McCoy has less than 24 games left as a Buc. Vea will be his replacement. Look for McCpy to be traded to a contender for picks. Mark my words. 24 games or less.

The Joe Thomas analogy is about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Joe can’t make a play to win a game. It’s not like 3 different teams ran straight through his gap for a game winning TDs.

Imagine if Joe Thomas disappeared in the fourth qrt every game like McIceCream does and the q.b. got sacked every play, lol.

Truth is McIceCream should play tackle. I bet he’d be great bc of his nurturing ways and we all know he’s really good at picking players up.
