“You Don’t See In This League At This Level Guys Tossing 300-Pound Grown Men Around”

Film focus in Minnesota

Attention film junkies, find yourself a drool towel and grab a cold beer.

Former Vikings linebacker Pete Bercich (1995-2000), who also coached for Minnesota, dialed up a great film breakdown of some Buccaneers.

It’s all right here at the Vikings’ website.

There’s a lot of great Xs and Os in there. And without spoiling it, Joe will say Bercich is a massive Gerald McCoy fan, and he’s on the Mike Evans and Jameis Winston bandwagon. Bercich also highlights Will Gholston.

Note: Bercich says rookie Vikings running back Dalvin Cook will have a very hard time running on the Bucs.

    Wow

That guy was very good on breakdowns……he needs to work for this website!!!

  4. MadMax Says:

Yep, great find Joe! I think we need to 8 box the run and force throws, especially early to show them their running game is getting plenty of attention from us.

  5. SeattleBuc Says:

Good stuff. Similar to Anthony Becht’s film session but Bercich gave more examples.

  6. Tampabaybucfan Says:

I would say after watching this….the Vikings should have some respect for us.

  7. USMC-BUC Says:

Man I wish someone was making videos like this on our opponents every week….

  8. SB Says:

One of the best analysis I have seen in a while

  9. Broy34 Says:

Good luck Tmax. This is why I hate the “show me ten plays” mumbo jumbo. He’s not deion he makes plays you can’t see because every double team he draws doesn’t show up on stat sheets

  10. Bird Says:

You can line up Evans anywhere. Dude can ball!

Gerald man tossed that guy like a rag doll

  11. Lamarcus Says:

As long as we have Gholston in the line up no need to watch or listen to anything else. Gholston is just good

  12. Kstoges Says:

yo Gerald straight up balled vs the bears he was tossin men like boys getting in the backfield consistently I’ve always liked Gerald don’t understand all the hate but it’s whatever are defense is going to be sick this year and he’s going to be a big part of it

  13. Capt.Tim Says:

McCoy is such an incredible talent, and I think You could argue that Mike Evans is the Best WR in the league.
Will Gholsten played his best game as a Buc last week! He keeps playing like that, and We are gonna be tough to beat.
Sure hope that Chris Baker gets over the Flu in time to help shut down the run!!

And We gotta have Grimes playing- If Bradford plays. Bradford is fragile. He is also a great QB. Grimes playing will be very important

  14. Joel Says:

Evans has more rec/yards/TDs in his first 3 years than Calvin Johnson and Julio Jones.

  15. BigMacAttack Says:

    I agree with his assessment.

  16. Issic Haggins Says:

I Hope McCoy is watching ADonald tonight and how he carries himself and how he steps up at the end of the game…..he isn’t trying to make others make a play he is making the dam play
