Of course, on Wednesday, Joe jumped in the cage for an hour with the dean of Tampa Bay sports radio, Steve Duemig of WDAE-AM 620.

All kinds of subjects were on the table.

For the record, during a Ronde Barber discussion, when Joe mentioned cornerback Darrell Green potentially entering the Pro Football Hall of Fame in the class of 2019, Joe really meant to say Champ Bailey. (Yes, Joe’s brain was overloaded by former Redskins cornerbacks.)

Bailey is a slam dunk Hall of Famer with 12 Pro Bowls, six All-Pro honors and an All-Decade award (2000s). Green entered the Hall in 2008.

    I listened live and I became increasingly frustrated with his negativity and pessimism regarding the bucs. I quickly remembered why I don’t listen to him
