Why didn’t Mike Sherman come get in Sapp’s face this time?

surprising\encouraging that after all the fretting about Mike Smith’s future on this site by writers and commenters (including me) that his name didn’t make La Canfora’s article once. The Rams would be crazy to not take a look at him with all the talent they have stockpiled on defense and his history transforming Atlanta, but a soft-spoken, grandpa-looking coach may not be a big hit in tinseltown.

Hopefully for the bucs, most teams will choose up-and-comers like kyle shanahan and sean mcdermott over the so-called retreads. speaking of those two and even sean payton….i love that our division rivals might get their most important coaches hired away. i think i even heard a ron rivera to san diego trade rumor. would be huge to have more continuity than our division rivals for a change

Joe, you and all the rest of the fascist fanclub spent 8 years blocking Obama, mostly motivated by some lunatic idea that he was some sort of Socialist Muslim Anti-Christ from Kenya. You have no business condemning the protests of citizens who have very valid concerns about Drumpf’s commitment to civil rights, economic justic, science, environment, climate change, the dominance of risky finance over the economy, income inequality, education, peace, and basic honesty and decency. And what about all his own conflicts of interest, and his clear intention to use the power of his office for self-enrichment? This isn’t about getting our way. This is about confronting something that is a real and present danger to our country. Get your head out of your a55. You’re supporting a foeking fascist!

LOL, like the Bushes, the Clinton’s and Obama are not dyed in the wool fascists themselves.

No, they’re not. Look up the definition. They may be other things, but fascist would not be accurate. Trump is an authoritarian who operates by intimidation and threats. He blasts the media for reporting on his lies, his ignorance, and his bigotry. He uses nationalistic rhetoric to arouse hatred and suspicion against minorities… He is actively consolidating power in the hands of the people least interested in the benefit of the public. How do you people not see this, and not understand it as patently dangerous? I mean, he’s not even in office yet, and he’s actively trying to undermine existing international relationships, creating tensions at diplomatic levels, running witch hunts against agencies that engage in science that is at odds with his own (and the right wing’s own) ideological refusal to accept. He’s alienating intelligence agencies to cover his own ass. You idiots have your heads buried so far up Drumpf’s a55, you can’t even see what’s going on.
