  1. LovieBall Says:

Confidence in Koetter is high, confidence in Licht getting him the pieces he needs is low.

  2. The Buc Realist Says:

The Majority has spoken!!!!! Most knew how difficult the schedule was this year!!! But that is the best way to see what the weaknesses in the roster are!!!! The change of culture has just started!!! And notice how quick the roster falls back into the “Team Mentality” quickly when someone breaks rank!!!!!!

I am very excited about the Future of this team!!! With Good coaching it is finally leaving the basement!!!!!!

The Rams and Bears games last year manhandled lovie’s team and ran out the clock well into the game for easy wins!!!!!! This year, the Bucs were in position to win in the final seconds, and they manhandled the Bears!!!! Improvement indeed!!!!!

It took lovie 21 games to get 4 wins!!!!! Improvement indeed!!!!!!!

    Go America!!!!!

    And Go BUCS!!!!!!!!!

  3. ToesOnTheLine!!! Says:

Still confident just like every other poll. There are signs of improvement from the past two years, so I am still convinced the arrow is pointing up for the Bucs.

  4. Bryan Says:

    @Joe

Who would trust polls in 2016? Just kidding Joe! Just playing around.

  5. LakeLandBuc Says:

I’m very confident that we can beat the WORST teams in the NFL. I have ZERO confidence that we can beat some of the best teams in the NFL.

  6. The Buc Realist Says:

Good!!!! Even lakelandbuc sees improvement then!!!! Because last year no one had confidence that a lovie lead team could beat anyone!!!!!! hard to believe that anyone wanted one more year of that!!!!!!!!

    GO America!!!!!!!

    And Go Bucs!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. R.O. Says:

It’s hilarious.. they lose a game it drops 10pts.. the win it’s up 10 pts. These voters are a joke. Reminde anyone of anything?

  8. D-Rome Says:

What a joke! Week to week the changes from Totally Confident and Very Confident (41%) to Little Confidence and No Confidence (6%) swing more dramatically than the Phoenix ride at Busch Gardens. If the Bucs lose against the Chefs that 6% number will jump to around 20%. That number will be higher if they also lose to the Seahawks.

  9. Bucsfanman Says:

Like a blade of grass in the wind! It remains to be seen how “improved” the team really is. Was Sunday’s Bears game who we are? Or, are we the team that got shellacked by the Falcons?

    Confidence? TBD

    Go Bucs!

  10. Brandon Says:

So 93% of responders have more confidence in Koetter than I do. I will protest!

  11. Buc1987 Says:

As long as Jameis remains the starting QB I’ll be confident.

They played the 2 and whatever Bears and lost some close games before them.

It also doesn’t take beating great teams for me to vote confident.

  12. Patrick in VA Says:

@Joe – I don’t recall this being the case in previous years, but is this going to culminate in some sort of line chart that’s going to show us where fan confidence surged and waned over the course of the season?

  13. Clodhopper Says:

I think Patrick is on to something. I think that would be a fascinating thing to look at and discuss during the offseason.

  14. celly Says:

As it has stayed all season, I’m still confident.

Honestly, nothing will change my vote until at least the offseason.

  15. cmurda Says:

Dirk is a good coach. Obviously there are ups and downs especially with a guy in his first year as NFL Head Coach but I like what I am seeing from him. I believe the players like playing for both he and Mike Smith. I have questioned Mike Smith’s skills as a D Coordinator but now that we are all healthy on defense, we can really see where we are on defense.

  16. The bucfan 88 Says:

Omg jack is out of the boot with Doug ,Rodgers is about to hit the field Sunday if we can get the running game going I believe we will beat the chiefs go Bucs

  17. Tony Says:

I hate polls like this in a coach’s first year. Give Koetter at least 5 years and these young players 5 years to not just learn a system, but master it as the coaches fine tune and adapt it to perfection and the front office continues to add just the right pieces…

Imagine a 27/28 year old Jameis/Evans/Kwon/Marpet/Hargreaves/etc in total mastery of the system and in perfect synch with one another. The results would be profound. That’s what the Bucs defense This is NOT rocket science, folks… it takes time to master something (just google the 10,000 hour theory)

  18. Kevin Says:

My onky reason for not voting very confident is because I do not believe our defense is a good as they looked last week and I do not believe Koetter would ever part ways with Smith even if it would cost him his own job. If Smith wouldnt have been hired here my confidence would be a level higher

  19. Buccfan37 Says:

I voted confident. Beat KC or Seattle to gain more favor. Win one of those games and I’ll be shocked.

  20. celly Says:

    @Tony…

    5 years is wishful thinking.

    3 years is reasonable.

  21. 813bucboi Says:

    @Lakeland…I agree…no confidence…besides week1 we haven’t beaten a quality team yet……

@realist says,”Most knew how difficult the schedule was this year!!! “….TOUGH SCHEDULE?…..BS…. a lost to the rams goes on dirk resume as an “L” just as it did lovie…their are no moral victories….

in 2010 under rah we were 10-6….many said that schedule was weak….we played 5 teams that year that made it to the playoffs(saints, seahawks,atl-13-3, steelers &ravens)…we had 2 wins vs those playoff teams(saints & seahawks)…..

this year we’re playing 5 teams that made they playoffs last year in arz, denver, carolina, chiefs, seahawks….this year Carolina and arz don’t look to be the teams they were last year so we can swap them with atl &Oakland….still 5 teams….so far this year we only have beaten atl who looks to be a quality in week1…..

so what makes this year so different?….beat a team above .500 and i’ll start to gain confidence….until then…DIRK=JIM TOMSULA….GO BUCS!!!!

  22. The Buc Realist Says:

    @813bucboi

Were you impressed in 2010???? that was the year they did not beat a team that was .500 or above!!!! except for the final games with the Saints that were pulling starters because they saw by the 3rd quarter that they could not improve their playoff position!!!!!!

But the facts haven’t seem to faze you so far!!!!!!!

  23. LakeLandBuc Says:

813bucboi: The record of the teams that we have played so far is 34-39-1. But that is a tough schedule for the YUCS. SMDH

  24. 813bucboi Says:

@realist….sooooo we only beat 1 team over .500 in 2010 just like this year…..soooo exactly where did I miss the tough schedule part…..in 2010 I was impressed…considering what rah had to work with….

I just stated facts that prove your “tough schedule theory” false…this schedule is not tough….its just like the schedule in 2010….as you suggest historically weak…..DIRK=JIM TOMSULA…GO KAP…GO BUCS!!!!

  25. 813bucboi Says:

we beat the falcons in week1 when both teams were 0-0….so technically we still haven’t beaten a team over .500 this year…..DIRK=JIM TOMSULA…GO KAP…GO BUCS!!!!

  26. Mike Johnson Says:

YOU ARE WHAT YOUR RECORD SAYS YOU ARE. 4-5 is below 500. That says, You suck. Now you can slice this up, spin it, massage it anyway you like. But its the truth!

  27. The Buc Realist Says:

Such a huge mess to clean up after coach my scheme!!!! That is why I, The Buc Realist, have issued a 3 year pass!!!!! from all of lovie’s changing of coordinators, outdated schemes and terrible roster moves!!! it is time to clean up the mess!!!!!!

There is a lot to be excited about, as now we have the “right coaches” and they are seeing who can play as they “change the culture”!!!! Nfl radio has been to practice a couple of times and they speak very highly of the staff as well the the well organized practices and how efficiently it is run!!!!! remember that it took lovie 21 games to get 4 wins!!!!!!

    Go America!!!!!!!!!

    And Go Bucs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. 813bucboi Says:

    clean up the mess?…..lovie set the foundation….evans, marpet, d.smith, k.pamphile, k.alexander, j.winston, a.humphries….yeah that’s a real mess to clean up….DIRK=JIM TOMSULA…GO KAP…GO BUCS!!!!

  29. tmaxcon Says:

won’t take long for Dirk to be one of the top three coaches in franchise history behind Gruden and McKay..

  30. Lord Cornelius Says:

813 desperately hoping the Bucs lose this week… If not then he will have to come up with a new angle. Last week ended his 3-13 spam predictions. Let’s hope the team can make a fool of him yet again.

813 = JIM TROLLSULA! GO BUCS!!!

  31. Mike Johnson Says:

YOU ARE WHAT YOUR RECORD SAYS YOU ARE. I got a B in statistics in college. And 4-5 says you are subpar. Meaning……to breathe..to get some decency or sense of respectability, you gotta try to pull even. if you don’t? YOU SUCK
