All kinds of topics were on the table.

Enjoy.

I just do not see the bucs going with kotteir or what ever his name is its not a splash hire bucs may have a surprise for us all

  2. Joe Says:

or what ever his name is

    smh

  3. Bucs Fan Since '76 Says:

I listened to the entire segment live. Good stuff. Couple of takeaways. First, Harbaugh is not going anywhere. Money is no issue. Stephen Ross, the Dolphins owner, has made sure of that. Hell, he made sure Harbaugh signed at Michigan instead of the Fins.

Second, I also think Koetter is the best choice now. However, I also thought he’d be hired today. With Hue Jackson’s surprising signing with Cleveland perhaps the 49’ers made a charge at Dirk this afternoon.

Third, the Glazers are predictably unpredictable, and stealthy, so they could be working on Saban or some other splash play and we wouldn’t even know it.

Finally, I found it interesting that you all did not mention McDermott. In some ways, bringing him in and keeping Koetter might be the best play. I guess we will find out soon enough!

  4. Buclife Says:

Koetter is telling Buc’s asst. that he will be the head coach per PFT.

  5. Jason Says:

Heard that a former Bucs bigwig is peddling an explosive Glazer story to fellow leaque insiders.
Speculation is that it MAY involve relocation.
They do have L.A. Ties, right?

  6. Tampabaybucfan Says:

I listened to the entire show….

I was particularly interested in the caller’s speculation that the call from Licht to Lovie was perhaps a trial balloon. I seriously doubt it but without knowing exactly what Licht said to Lovie, we’ll never know.
He could have said…It’s not going to go well.
or….He could have said….You have been fired.
One would think that if there was any chance at all that Lovie could have saved his job at that point….he would have tried….I am quite certain that Licht made it clear that there was no chance.
One thing I do believe about the Glazers is that they are decisive…..maybe the wrong decisions sometimes….but decisive nonetheless.

  7. Eric Says:

Sounds like the rock star was right.

    Koetter on wed!

    Let’s hope it works!

  8. Tampabaybucfan Says:

    @Jason

LA already has an NFC team…..doubt very seriously the

  9. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Doubt very seriously the NFL would place two NFC teams in the same city.

  10. Buccaneers Says:

OH THE SUSPENSE!!!!!!! The Glazers sure love writing drama don’t they? Too bad they can’t create many happy endings.

  11. Buccaneers Says:

I like when they asked the question “is Koetter a Superbowl coach”

  12. Buccfan37 Says:

Relocation of the Bucs? Are you serious? Quit planting evil suggestions in Bucs fans heads.

  13. Eric Says:

    False alarm.

  14. Jason Says:

What I understand to be true: A former HC or GM has an axe to grind. And they are currently grinding it.

Certainly, the relocation speculation is timely, but I’m currently lacking clarity on details. Will share more if it comes my way.

  15. Buccaneers Says:

If your gonna get worried about a relocation rumor then I strongly emplore you……… Consider the source!!!!!!

Hahaha, its funny to even respond to such nonsense because ” Jason” the blogger said it was true.

  16. finishers Says:

Oh the Suspense! !!! who will it be? and will and will they get more than two years?

    Ha, Ha…..Both you and I responded……..our bad

  19. Jason Says:

I’m “Jason” like your name is “Buccaneers?” Cool parents.
Look, I’m bringing some high-level buzz to the table. And I issued a fair disclaimer. So take it or leave it.
    Also, Spelll Czech.

  20. Buc1987 Says:

    Jason your information is nonsense.

Then again most of us probably don’t have the great connections as you do.

Too funny. It seems like this site gets a Jason about once every 6 months or so.

Apparently his sources think that the NFL is going relocate the Rams AND the Bucs to L.A. In short order.

Joe your site……I tell ya. Smh

Where do you people come from Planet Conspiracy?

  21. Jason Says:

The story-peddling by an ex-honcho is truly legit.
The rest is less clear, as noted earlier.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see it surface in media before too long, so we can wait until then.

In the meantime, mad respect to my brethren’s new-found journalistic standards.
