Colts are game-planning for America’s Quarterback. That’s respect.

The respect keeps coming at America’s Quarterback, Jameis Winston.

Today, Joe’s highlighting the words of Colts cornerback Greg Toler, who’s not talking about how the Colts will “play their game” against the Bucs on Sunday. No, Toler tells the Indianapolis Star, via the video below, that the key is outthinking Jameis, confusing him in coverage.

That’s not the typical take from a defense facing a 10-game veteran.

There’s plenty more in the video, including Colts coach Chuck Pagano explaining how Jameis is a “dynamic” guy under center, and how Matt Hasselbeck sees the Bucs as a classic Lovie Smith team.

Sorry Joe, as much a s I love JW, every defense in the NFL is trying confuse the opposing QB

  4. Bucnut2 Says:

In other words, it is NO big deal that an opposing defensive player would say they are trying to confuse the opposing QB regardless of tenure.

    Question is can they?

Yeh sorry Joe, its totally typical for a defense to circle the 10 game rookie and say “yeh this is the guy we need to focus on” Funny I seem to remember every time the Bucs used to play a rookie QB, we would all just say no big deal, that’s a win.
