Humiliation

November 23rd, 2015
Meltdown in Philly.

Meltdown in Philly.

Eagles fans are completely and totally melting down this morning in the City of Brotherly Love, not quite 24 hours after the Bucs seal-clubbed their beloved birds 45-17.

Joe hasn’t listed to any radio stations online, but just from reading online pieces and video, there is true unrest in the streets. Even politicians are unnerved.

In the video below from CSNPhilly.com, the panel of analysts unloads on the Eagles. Included in the panel is former Pennsylvania governor Ed Rendell, who is so ashamed he cannot show his face.

Uh, memo to the good governor: You are supposed to wear a paper bag over your face, not a cheap asphyxiation sex toy from a drug store.

Nice to be on the other side for a change.

That was one of the most thrilling and enjoyable Bucs wins in a long time. Solid play in all 3 phases of the game.

  2. RonRicoFSU Says:

This is the 3rd best win in Philly. When we closed the Vet in the NFC championship. When we beat them to open the new stadium the next year. Now this. Its our home up north.

  3. MIke Johnson Says:

Grab some Wood there Eagles..You got lots more defeats comin. Now you know how my Bucs use to feel. Nobody feels sorry for anybody in the NFL. But heyyyy..You’re suppose to be the city of..brotherly love right?

  4. D-Rome Says:

One of the JBF commenters who happens to live in Jersey told us last week fans were looking past the Bucs and eyeing the Lions of all teams. LOL!

  5. NewTampaChris Says:

The world is a better place when Philadelphia fans are miserable. I lived in Center City for 9 years. Great city; horrible fans.

  6. Espo Says:

  7. OneLove Says:

LMAO!! What’s GREAT is I have some co workers who are Browns/Chargers/Ravens fans who have talked a bunch of trash!! Thanks Joseph!!!

  8. Yansey Says:

Good. Better them than us. We are over due for watching some good, exciting, and fun football. JAMEIS IS ON TRACK, DEFENSE IS ON TRACK. Happy days indeed.

  9. Tampabaybucfan Says:

The Philly fans were licking the cheesesteak off their lips……lit a cigar….had another drink before the game……
Got the gift on the turnover marched down the field and scored against the Bucs…..kicked back waiting for a 3 & out…..
    Didn’t happen…..too bad, so sad!!!

  10. Dusthty Rhothdes Says:

Im up in Philly all the time and I listened last night and this morning to 97.5 one of the sports stations and they were excited for baseball to be over because football is all they thought they had cause the sixers are terrible the flyers are the flyers and the eagles were destine for the superbowl…..now their year is over, it is great because they are such blowhards….great city great food, the winter months will be really depressing now up there!!

  11. Danr Says:

I was at the game I heard everything from go kill yourself defense to chance taking up half the stadium that one of their corners sucks. To Chip Kelly go home. One of the best experiences of my life.

  12. Danr Says:

    Chants not chance.

    LOL

  14. Bucs Fan #7423 Says:

Eagles fans tears taste like honey ^_^

  15. HarlemBuc Says:

I’m in heaven… All the angels have on bucs jerseys!!! We are getting national attention y’all! Which means that a bucs fan in the middle of an NYC gray fall can hear all about his favorite football team!!! I said this around the draft, Jameis makes us relevant… And I’m also gonna say this… If we keep licht we are 3-5 years away from a Super Bowl… Watch… Keep Martin, get a young replacement for vjax, two more impact players on d, a lil depth on the o line… And a kick returner…. That’s all we need

  16. HarlemBuc Says:

And Gerald McCoy is fine btw… He just needed to realize this is Jameis’ team… He can be a major footnote but a franchise quarterback changes everything… Can’t wait to get down to Florida in April!!!

  17. Tampa Tony Says:

I was at the stadium with my dad and uncles and man none of us wanted to leave. Such a great feeling to be on the right side of a blowout

  18. PhillySucks! Says:

Bunch of smack talking dbags had it coming!
    Phuck Filly!

  19. buccfan305 Says:

Thanks Joe!!! my day just got alot better….sounds like they all wanna jump off a roof top…lmao.

  20. Pete Says:

    Landmark win!

  21. Stanglassman Says:

    RonRicoFSU-

Don’t forget beating Philly in ’79-80 playoff game when no one expected the Bucs to win and go to the NFC champ game. Also loved the last Second 62 yard Fg about 10 years back, that one has to be in the top 5.

  22. bee Says:

Did anyone notice how ex-Buc EJ Biggers was getting repeatedly toasted yesterday? Lol…

    ————————————————

yes they were. I’m listening now while working in Center City. The fans are still sticking to the fact that Tampa is a bad team and this is game they should of won.

    This is great!!!!

  24. unbelievable Says:

    @bee

I kept thinking over and over, it’s so nice seeing Biggers get roasted and not suffering in anguish, screaming about it! I would have targeted him ever passing play.

  25. Another J Says:

E.j Biggers getting toasted over, and over again…
Was just the icing on the Cake!

  26. StPeteBucsFan Says:

Watching these pundits and the body language on the field yesterday one has to wonder if Chip Kelly has lost the locker room?

Couldn’t happen to a more deserving group of jerk fans. Gotta love it

Chip doesn’t have a QB. I’m now even more surprised he didn’t make a giant move to get MM…Bradford isn’t going to get it done.

The only good news for Chip is IF he gets another year he’ll be drafting high this year..perhaps he can find a QB in the draft.

  27. Howard Cosell Says:

Lots of bitterness between Chip and the Philly media now.
It’s really a beautiful thing to see.

  28. Yungry Says:

Just read on bleedinggreen-Eagles blog the NFL took away the Pats-Eagles game from the national spotlight game. lol

  29. pelbuc Says:

Turning the corner! Bucs are on the rise. Very manageable schedule coming up. Would love to see them in the hunt in late December. Tip my hat to Lovie for hiring Koetter and improving the defense.

  30. mo Says:

so enjoyable… more miserable eagle fan clips please.

  31. Pickgrin Says:

Philly fans as a whole are the worst in the NFL. Karma will ensure that the Eagles NEVER win a Super Bowl.

  32. Gt40bear Says:

Fast Eddie should have a bag over his face for many reasons! The fact that our Bucs BLASTED his hapless igles should be the least if them! #GoBucs

  33. DavidbigBucsFan Says:

Yungry now that is sweet. Joe you know what other fans got humiliated also??? The Fans of Depression! Gotta eat their words as well, but I’m sure they say Filthy was a bad team so they don’t count. I hooe they roast in their humiliation since Lovie called a good game.

  34. Rob Says:

Screw the Eagle fans. Ever since they taunted Joe Jurvicious days after his son died I vowed to hate everything about the Philadelphia organisation. Epic beat down of the team and fans I will forever hate with passion. Wish we would have put up 60 and got Chip fired. Go Bucs!
