Jameis Winston, Rookies Report Tomorrow

July 26th, 2015

MinicampDay1

Training camp week is here!

As the sun rises tomorrow, America’s Quarterback, Jameis Winston will return to work and revive the dreams of Bucs fans everywhere.

Yes, Joe is all jacked up. Buccaneers rookies report to training camp tomorrow morning. Not even endless rain can dampen Joe’s spirits for the new era upon us.

Joe fully expects cameras to be rolling and clicking inside One Buc Palace to document tomorrow’s festivities. And Joe will talk about that and all things Bucs with the dean of Tampa Bay sports radio, Steve Duemig, tomorrow at 4 p.m on WDAE-AM 620.

General manager Jason Licht will star in a Town Hall on all things Bucs on Tuesday. Bucs veterans are back on Friday. Practice is Saturday.

Jameis dons his Bucs jersey for the first time in just 20 short days against the Vikings.

Holy crap! We made it, Bucs fans!

    Hurray!

  3. Hawk Says:

Finally, a light at the end of the tunnel! I just hope that it is not the same light as last year… a train coming from the other direction.

  4. BucsFan85 Says:

Thank god. Can’t wait! Lol @ Hawk. I hear ya

  5. BucFanForever Says:

    YAY!

  6. BlogTalkFootball Says:

Couldn’t come fast enough this year.

  7. Harry Says:

Joe(s), a huge THANK YOU for all the great writing you guys do here at JBF. Other local news reporting doesn’t update squat for many days at a time, and JBF gives us several stories a day. I think JBF even matches the number of stories about just the Bucs as PFT does on 32 teams.

A heartfelt THANK YOU for getting us thru the offseason and more!!!

  8. StPeteBucsFan Says:

    What Harry just said Joes!!!

  9. Buccfan37 Says:

    I third that opinion.

  10. Bucnut2 Says:

    What Harry said. Thanks joes

  11. Howard Cosell Says:

I think I figured out the top 2:
    * Firing Mark Dominick
    * Not drafting Johnny Football

  12. Howard Cosell Says:

Yes Joes, the site has tons of personality that other outlets lack.

  13. Vincente Says:

I’m happy only because it’s footbal. I’ll wait till at least a quarter of the season to see if this team will do anything special. I love my bucs, have for twenty years, I’ll be flying my bucs flag high regardless of what happens, but I will definitely be happier if they can FINALLY turn it around.

  14. Buc1987 Says:

Here here…I’m with Harry. The Joe’s have kept us occupied for months while we have been waiting. The internet would be a boring place for Bucs fan without JBF.

    You guys rock!

Before I head out to the Lake for the day I must agree with the sentiment here. I know we have butted heads but I wouldn’t come here every day if I didn’t enjoy it. Thanks man.
And as for the earlier article on LVD being ranked 31, I love it. However that dude has OBJ ranked 35 and ME13 not even on the list. ME had as many TDs as OBJ with Less targets as a Y receiver rather than the X, and OBJ had Eli Manning throwing to him rather than McCown. Smh.
    Peace out and Go BUCS!

  17. WS99 Says:

    Enjoy the lake Chico

  18. Pickgrin Says:

Thank God – we made it through what seemed like the longest off season in Bucs history. Thanks to the Joes for all the great off-season coverage.

Can’t wait for this year because NOW we FINALLY have a MFing QUARTERBACK.

  19. BuccaneEric75 Says:

Thanks Joe’s!! It’s almost that time of year, guys!!!!

  20. BlogTalkFootball Says:

Thanks for giving us a place to read and react. Some react a little stronger than others…lol! Keep doing what you’re doing!

  21. Strider Says:

    The Seige Is coming.

  22. buc4life1979 Says:

    @Joe
While I share in and would like to also reciprocate the thanks shared here for helping us Bucs fans keep our team fire stoked, I wish you would can the “we made it” sentiment for the season opener…If we can make it thru training camp and 4 pre-season games without any major names going down, THEN, we will have made it.

  23. SOFIERCE Says:

It seemed that all of last year was a long pre-season… Can’t wait until the real games start this year!

    We are so close now!!

    Go Bucs

  24. lovinthecrablegs Says:

Christmas is in july, t’was the night before camp and all thru the house young jameis was sleeping, josh freeman drunk as a louse, dirk koetter was gleaming of offense galore, lovie was hoping his defense don’t bore. in all honesty I am happy as a hog in slop, can not wait to see what happens as the season unfolds. embrace the siege, goooooooooo bucs!!!!!!

  25. BucFanInTokyo Says:

Sweet! Let’s GO BUCS! I have just about worn out my GamePass subscription watching last seasons games. Unfortunately, not many of the Bucs games though. No need to feel that pain again.

  26. University of Seffner Says:

Joe, can you ask a Bucs representative if they are gonna get a indoor practice field so that way we can watch your man crush stay dry?

  27. cmurda Says:

I haven’t been this excited for Bucs football in a long time. A guy that we can rally behind to be our 1 and only franchise Qb.

  28. Clint Says:

Agree with those who are saying they haven’t been this excited to watch football in a long time. Jameis is going to be huge in the NFL.
