Bucs Fans Giddy Over Kenny Bell

As Joe likes to say when folks ask him why he’s not watching a Lightning playoff game or a Rays game when he is Twittering out Bucs nuggets and thoughts, “We live in a football world.”
When people wonder why the NFL draft gets better TV ratings than NBA, NHL playoffs and regular season baseball, it’s because we live in a football world.
As a result, when good things happen with your favorite football team, fans tend to get, well, a bit busy.
This year, on Day 3 of the draft, the NFL is allowing fans to make picks from team locations across the country. That was no different at One Buc Palace today, when Buccaneers.com reporter Casey Phillips and three Bucs fans announced the pick of wide receiver Kenny Bell in the fifth round.
And it seemed, the pilfering of Bell went over well with the quartet, as seen below.

Wow they got one right. Easily the best pick they made this draft. I like the way this kid plays, speed,heart, and toughness. Other picks weren’t horrible but we could have got the better player per position instead of second best ie Winston over Mariota, Smith over Clemmings, Marpet over Cann. To think we could have had them all. Looks like we will be picking top three again next year….
