Bowers Still Not Practicing

Da’Quan Bowers hasn’t played football in 2 1/2 weeks after injuring his groin. Lovie Smith said Bowers missed practice today.
Joe’s really getting sick of writing about Da’Quan Bowers doing nothing on the field. If he even makes the final roster, it’ll be surprising if he sees the field.
Keep in mind the Bucs have a firm, three-man rotation at defensive tackle, and Lovie Smith already figured out Bowers isn’t much of a defensive end.

@DHutch Danny Gorrer just tweeted out “it’s been real Tampa” so sounds like he is one of them. I liked him but he was never healthy

Plus I love the site….that’s why I visit several times during the day and night. I can always count on Joe to provide the latest and the greatest. Plus I love the insight….not always one that I agree with but hey that’s life.

Hawaiian Buc is right, if you don’t like it go to another site and complain but the whole approach behind this site is to be outside the norm and non traditional.
If it’s one sentence then who cares! But no one is making him or others come here – us long timers support the site and enjoy giving Joe a hard enough time but to criticize for what makes this site a demand is just moot.
Find another complaint source not our site!

Bowers will be gone soon, hope he’s got some music ready. As a matter of fact how can people complain about Freeing Rich but not utter a word about mistro?
Bowers has and will not do anything this season. Based on his track record this is a wasted slot, I would take a risk on Free Rich rather than wasting time on Mistro!

The problem you’ve ran into, is the most of us think Matin was a whimp, and Incognito hasn’t done anything wrong.

As I’ve said, I don’t have a huge problem with the incident in Miami. However, he was out of line if you actually read the report. Yes, Martin may be a bit soft, but by anyone’s standards Incognito went too far. Yes the coaches asked him to toughen him up, but again, he went too far. Just because someone asks you to do something doesn’t mean there’s no boundaries. There are boundaries, and he crossed them. You can be insensitive to these boundaries all you want, but you weren’t there. It’s easy to say that when you aren’t the one getting harassed.
The issues that I have with Incognito are due to his long history of disgusting behavior. I’m going to assume you don’t have a daughter, because I can’t imagine any father being okay with that. To say he hasn’t done anything wrong is despicable.
