Cleveland Trades Up; Acquires Minnesota Pick

It appears Trent Richardson will not be a Buccaneers running back.
Cleveland just swapped first round picks with Minnesota and Cleveland now holds the No. 3 pick with Minnesota drafting No. 4.
This really means nothing to the Bucs, outside of not drafting Richardson, as the two teams drafting ahead of the Bucs are the same teams.

Another great player the bucs will not be able to grab!! I.E. Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson. Unless we trade down with the Bills and get Keuckly I will be dissapointed.

This means a tremendous amount to the Bucs.
Schiano trying to get to 3 for Richardson caused the Browns to move up to make sure that didn’t happen.
Dom was under orders to get T Rich and got punked again.
The Bucs nightmare could be beginning if Minn takes Mo and the Bucs can’t trade back.

T Rich was the prize of this draft outside of the qbs – like Calvin Johnson in 07.
Now that Dom got outbid, and I agree that the price was high bc the Browns had 13 picks, the preference is to trade down.
The problem: if Claiborne goes 4, the entire draft knows you got caught with your pants down and wont offer you squat.
I believe (and so does everyone else credible) that Blackmon is better value than Kuechly or Kalil. If you draft for need you tend to miss by overlooking red flags, Gerald anyone?
I like Kuechly at 12-20, but at 5 that is way too little value.

In my opinion, the best case scenario for us now is to trade down and get Kuechly, then try to use those extra picks and whatever else to get back in the first round and get Doug Martin.
